Exceptional breakfast and service, this has become our favorite breakfast spot!
Excellent food and great staff!
I grew up on Long Lake and have seen this establishment change over the years (decades really). This has to be the nicest upgrade and best food coming out of Parker House since it's been around! Whether you're out on your boat, or live in town... it's worth the stop (and if you leave nearby and haven't gone, you're missing out!).
I recently dined at The Parker’s House and left in a blissful food coma: utterly stuffed, deeply satisfied, and already plotting my return (the French toast is calling my name).
The undisputed star of the evening was the limited-edition Spam Sandwich, a 4th of July special that completely stole the show. Elevated with premium ingredients and thoughtful culinary technique, this dish transformed the humble canned meat into something genuinely luxurious. As a Filipino who grew up eating Spam, I was especially impressed. When I complimented the dish, owner Eric warmly shared that it was inspired by his time in Hawaii. That personal touch added a wonderful layer of nostalgia. Every cheesy, savory bite tasted like sun-kissed islands and fond memories.
Equally outstanding was the macaroni salad. Creamy, vibrant, and prepared with the precision you’d expect from a fine-dining kitchen, it was perfection. After learning about Erik’s Hawaiian roots, I was half-jokingly shocked he hasn’t yet added chicken katsu to the menu. With his clear talent and deep connection to those flavors, it feels like it’s meant to be.
The Parker’s House is far more than just a restaurant. It’s a warm, inviting sanctuary where passion for food and genuine hospitality shine through. Whether you’re a local or a curious traveler, do yourself a favor and make a reservation. You won’t regret it.

This was a great place to stay, and exactly what we were looking for. The room was clean, decorated in a cute way, and the beds were comfortable. Easy check-in process, and lots of places to explore nearby. I hope to stay again in the future! Breakfast at the restaurant was also delicious.
Had the best breakfast and service here! We'll be back.
Pros: cute and quaint little room and bath.
Cons: getting more clean towels was like pulling teeth. No house keeping.
Hard water smell was terrible.
Air conditioning unit was very loud. But at least it worked. Neighbor's unit stopped working after 5 days use.
Only 1 small table to set things on in the bedroom...nothing in the bathroom. We had to set toiletry items on the toilet tank.
Summary : cute place but desperately needs some adjustments made. And if the customer asks for more clean towels (or anything you normally provide) try to keep them comfortable and happy.
Great service, great food
Ate breakfast after staying overnight, food was amazing, great hash browns
Made a last minute reservation. Dog friendly! They were super responsive. Arrived, the grounds were amazing. They had free kayaks for guest to use, we took full advantage! They have several fire pits located on the property. Each with chairs and free firewood to burn. The restaurant is well known in the area as one of the best breakfast/lunch spots. Highly recommend!!!

The food is great. Been here 2x in the last few months and it was great both times. It does get busy but the staff are very accommodating.
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with one of the people helping run this business. After providing services to her, I later received a one-star review on my business page that I felt did not accurately reflect my interaction with her. During the appointment, I tried to accommodate additional requests at no extra charge, and she expressed that she was happy with the service before leaving. I was surprised to later receive complaints and a negative review. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to do business with this individual again.
Old cottages that are loved and redecorated with individual themes. The restaurant is great. It's on Long Lake, with docks available.
Had an amazing breakfast!
Great service and really good food.
Very disappointed they had to sell this place my kids and I loved coming here on Saturday mornings with the previous owner
I arrived at 7:50 a.m. with my boys and realized the restaurant didn't open until 8:00. Rather than drive elsewhere and make them wait even longer, I decided we'd stay since the restaurant advertises fast breakfast sandwiches to go. Several cars had already pulled into the parking lot, so I had my boys stand by the door with me so we could be among the first customers in and out.
While waiting for the restaurant to open, about four other parties arrived. When the doors opened at 8:00, I even allowed another gentleman to enter ahead of us. We walked in and were told to sit anywhere since the dining room was completely open.
What happened next was extremely disappointing. Despite being one of the first groups inside, we were completely overlooked. Both servers proceeded to greet, take drink orders, and even take food orders from every table around us before ever acknowledging my family. Other customers who came in after us were seated and served immediately while we sat waiting. It made no sense and felt as though we had been forgotten.
By approximately 8:07, a server finally came to our table just to ask for our drink order. When I politely expressed my frustration about being ignored, her attitude seemed annoyed, as if serving my children and me was an inconvenience.
The food itself was another disappointment. Everything arrived overcooked and tasted as though it had been left on the grill far too long. Considering how long we had already waited, the quality certainly didn't justify the delay.
What should have been a quick breakfast stop turned into a nearly one-hour ordeal. We arrived before opening, were among the first customers through the door, yet somehow became the last table to receive service. We didn't leave until 8:45 a.m. Between being ignored, the poor attitude, and the overcooked food, this was a very frustrating experience and not one I plan to repeat.
