If you haven't experienced this cute little bar, make a point to go. The staff is very friendly and the food is wonderful. They do a great job of having live music on Fridays and Saturdays, even in the winter! The only reason I took one star off is because the bathrooms are large porta-potties outside. But they're clean & heated!

Just spent a Valentine's night here and had a great time! Food was amazing, we got 2 of the Hula Hog burgers and the Mac Daddy mac n' cheese which were both incredible, even though on the burger the pineapple might make you think otherwise, it paired perfectly with everything. The drinks are all phenomenal. Our waitress and the bartender were both very polite and accomodating even though it was extremely busy. When we first showed up it was practically shoulder to shoulder, cause it's a small building. Overall a 5 star experience for sure and we'll be coming back for both the food and the live entertainment.
Only 1 complaint I have and I'm giving the food 4 star even though honestly I'd give it 5 for flavor, I paid $20 for a burger and the fries still were an added charge, like come on now. It probably says that on the menu but after the first drink I didn't pay attention to that. Point being that much and the side isn't included is a little much to me.

The island smoked hog wings with teriyaki sauce was awful, they were cooked ok but the sauce was horrible I never knew you could mess up a teriyaki sauce. The $20 burger tasted like a frozen patty from Walmart and the house made chips were cold and literally soggy... they actually were able to be folded in half. My brisket tasted and appeared to be warmed up in the microwave and was paper thin slices, the Cornbread was like stale spongecake with 0 flavor I couldn't even attempt to cut it with my fork, and I'm pretty sure they put cilantro in my Coleslaw which was weird. Overall all the food was horrible, this was my second time here(first time was a few years ago and food was great) and my boyfriends first time there. We will not be back. Wait staff was friendly and did a decent job but for the price, taste, and amount of food you get 0*.

My husband and I came here for our 3rd wedding anniversary, and we returned this year for our 5th!! We rented the Forest Room to represent wood for 5 years married! We had a great time!! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. They bring you breakfast at 9am, right to your door! And they're very accommodating food wise, my husband is gluten free. They had live music playing most of the day at the Tiki bar, which we could enjoy from our balcony. And when we wanted to relax away from the music, once you closed the slider door you couldn't hear the music outside. The hot tub inside the room was amazing! We also received a voucher for $30 towards the Tiki Bar! We enjoyed the burger and the steak bites. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!

Spam Musubi It was delishish. Reminded me of running into the local store on Oahu at brunch time to warm one up before heading out to the beach. Aloha Nice crowd, 80's music trivia bingo was fun for entertainment. The Bartender was awesome and my Pina Colada was perfect for me! Steakbites w horseradish sauce were yummy and so was the bread. The Brie bites were just ok' they needed to cook longer. The prices were good. I can't wait to come back and try something different from the menu.
Great little tiki bar in Northern Michigan. Great food and service. Plus you can't beat the atmosphere.
