Saw this place while going down the road to rapid city, decided to go check it out. Best decision ever made. They have really good options for both there sandwiches and tacos, which includes a BBQ, Philly, and a classic. Each option you can choose between pulled pork, steak, and chicken. I got two tacos, a BBQ with pulled pork which is my most favorite so farr and a classic with steak, also really good. The BBQ one had apple slices in it which might sound weird but definitely...
The pulled pork and apple slaw on a pretzel bun is to die for. The slaw is regular slaw with apple added with a wine vinegar base - adds sweet to savory.Chef Brian cares about food! I’ll definitely be back!

The pulled pork sandwich is to die for! Chef Brian isn’t shy with the meat and the slaw with apple added is just the right amount of savory and sweet. The Provolone slice holds it together on a toasted pretzel bun.
