The Swallow Inn is a special place. It is not fancy, but the perch and walleye are great. The Friday night fish fry is a long running tradition. Add in the old-school salad bar and it is a tradition our family will keep going as long as we can.

Went to Swallow Inn last week and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Great food and great service. Went again today: The Salad Bar was great! The 21 shrimp basket was terrible. Same thing I ordered last week that I really liked. The shrimp looked different and tasted bad. I ate three pieces, and couldn't eat any more. Did they change the supplier of the shrimp or what? Finally, the waitress was rude. Wasn't the least interested that I didn't like the shrimp,...
