THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!! How is it that an ice cream place did not have ANY VANILLA ICE CREAM?…..EVER?!!!!!!! The coffee is horrible! Donuts are stale and hard at 7am!!!! The staff is often clueless!!!! Just read what is on the ticket!!!!!!!! The coolers were down the majority of the summer with the old ice cream still displaying in the cooler! REALLY?! THROW IT AWAY!!!! I live right across the street from this location, but will drive all the way to the one in 10 mile and Telegraph just for a Good cup of coffee. I have even spoken with management on a number of occasions in which I given some coupons to get free coffee. Why the hell would I want that if it is ALWAYS NASTY?! I used to work in a coffee shop and the pots were cleaned out every night. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned. Just a disgrace!!!!

I end up going to the 31 flavors in Redford and the ice cream was melted she didn't have any gloves on had to ask her to put gloves on while she's scooping my ice cream didn't put no chocolate syrup on my ice cream I probably will never go back to this one again

Got there a little before closing so they wouldn't let us come inside. Had to go to the drive-thru but the lady was pleasant and gave us all the flavors available. Just wished the scoops were a little bigger but service was nice and ice cream Sundays were great!

Ordered a cake online on 9/25 and prepaid. My pick up date was 10/7. When I got to the store, my cake was not there! Employees had no idea what to do so I did not get the cake I ordered or paid for. I called corporate 2x and they said the store will call me for a refund. I still have not heard back from the store and when you call the store there is no answer or VM set up. This store is marking my corporate requests as they called me but they are lying. All this for $35... Also the call center for the corporate # is filled with rude idiots.

They don't deserve the one star I gave the customer service at this location I came in a few weeks in advance of my son's birthday and wanted a half sheet cake I physically specified I did not want their tiny version of one that looks happy meal size I also specified his name be put on the cake but when I picked the cake up it was the size of a happy meal nor did they put his name on it the worst customer service ever so I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time their staff mislead a customer about their purchase the store needs an employee makeover everyone may not be as understanding as i am in the future.

Extremely disrespectful worker did not even turn her mic off before she started rudely talking about me to her co worker I had to repeat my order 3 times. They are always out of stock and always rude. If you’re going to be rude at 7:30 in the morning maybe you shouldn’t work with people.

I went up there about 20 minutes before close to get a scoop of ice cream. They told me they were already closed. There were 3 or 4 employees standing around inside just hanging out. The employees were clearly cheating their employer out of money by closing early and still getting paid. I hope management sees this, I visited the night of 8/24. You lost a lot of business, many cars tried going through your drive through and were turned away in the time I went from the door back to my car.
