The service was great, the staff was friendly, its carry out, so the waiting area was kind of small, because it was Designed to be a sit down restaurant, the cornbeef was dry and kind of hard, and I spent the extra money for extra cornbeef, but I was disappointed, the French fries were good, they were the best part of the meal.

Really great sandwich place with several locations in Metro Detroit. Their sandwiches are huge, and I usually eat one over two days. I particularly love the rye bread they use, which tastes freshly baked with a nice crispy crust. All of their meat is good, but I really love their pastrami and corned beef.

I have not purposely had any beef for awhile , tomorrow I’m going vegan wanted a last corned beef sandwich. I go to the Redford location and order our food. I specifically tell the guy that I want Russian dressing on my sandwich then I reiterated I want it in the top and bottom of the sandwich because I don’t like it dry. He concurs , that’s how we do it already, I get home and have MUSTARD on the sandwich. I call to express my frustration and he says bring half the sandwich back tomorrow and they will remake it OR he will give me a 10% discount!!!!! I told him to keep his 10% refund I would rather go someplace else . I will tell everyone do NOT go to this location, no one was in the place anyways it’s not like they were busy!!!! Terrible customer service !!!!
Called to place an order for six egg rolls and asked the young lady taking the order what was in the eggs rolls… she stated that it was only cheese in the eggs rolls. Got the egg rolls home and there was Russian dressing in them. I called them back and she stated that she was unaware that there was dressing in them and would write my name in a book and remake them for me without the Russian dressing… I call back to today to confirm if my name was in the book to place a new order, and yep you guessed it, my name is not in the book per the manager. The kicker is that I bought the egg rolls last week and the manager tells me that the only way to receive a new order is to bring back the old egg rolls!! I reminder her that I bought the egg rolls a week ago, and she proceeded to be rude by calling me honey and saying that it doesn’t matter how long ago it was, I need to bring them back. (Why would I keep old food for that long, not knowing when I would come back)? She also went on to say, it’s on the bottom of everyone’s receipt that the food has to be brought back… I can understand that as long as I plan to come back the same day… but a week later? Who keeps old food for that long? The young lady never told me that I have to bring the egg rolls back. This is bad business on their part and unprofessional to say the least. The manager is very rude and argumentative and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I will not be going back to this location, and I recommend you all steer clear from this location as well!Nicole Taylor, a very dissatisfied customer!!P.S I have also put this review on all socialmedia platforms, and other sites for restaurant reviews… you all will not get away with this!

It's been hit or miss, the last few times. Today, I ordered through the website a 17 1/2 on grilled onion roll. I ended up with a 17 1/2 on a pancake. This can't be acceptable. There should either be a picture of this or it should say pancake, because it isn't an onion roll.
Love the Corned Beef here and the service. Quick and Always smiling. Wishing everyone a blessed day. I go out of my way to come to this location, instead of the Livonia one.
