I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts and the service has been terrible. My mobile orders have been WRONG. Last week I placed a mobile order for coffee and I waited 20mins!!! FOR COFFEE! I don’t know who the manager is but clearly the employees are not trained well at all. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt today and again my order was not made correctly.

The younglady wanted to hand me my items without a bag, I didn't realize they forgot an item until I drove all the way home. I have been calling the number that's listed and no one is answering so far I've called 10× because I want them to know I will be back for my ice-cream that I already paid for on this day. I even left a tip.

This has been my got to Duncan for years now, but since the remodel, this place has went down. The employees here have no clue what they are doing, they don’t even know how to make their own drinks, and they lack customer service skills. I won’t be back until they get a new crew!

Been a customer for years and things just haven't improved only gotten worse...with the new remodel they need new attentive employees....Walked in no one spoke until we did, and my doughnut was stale not fresh. Another day I placed a mobile order and arrived in suffienct time and still had to wait for it to be made. I won't be returning.

This location has gone down hill since under new management! My order is ALWAYS made wrong I ALWAYS HAVE TO CHANGE WHAT I WANT BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS RUN OUT OF PRODUCT! And just now i waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes they messed up the person in front of me order which caused me to wait i get out and go inside NO ONE HAS EVEN STARTED MY ORDER 15 minutes for coffee and a bagel ? Thats ABSURD !!!! The employees start arguing because im upset yet and still nobody is making my order after i guy already told me they were working on it. A female employee comes and says she’ll make it for me right now at this point im PISSED AND LATE FOR WORK SO i take my money back and leave hungry disappointed upset and late for work I WILL NEVER COME BACK TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME. Its sad because this Dunkin’ is on the corner of my house now i have to go out of my way just for good service ??

This review was 6 years ago! Location still trash! Again its 2 minutes from my house so every now & then I still try to be DISAPPOINTED EVERY FREAKING TIME! Needs to be shut down honestly because they’ve restaffed many times & it still sucks.

Asked for a strawberry jelly donut and the girl said I don't know what that is I said ok a lemon don't then it was dry just nasty will not be back

We ordered a s'mores cold brew without ice and instead they just watered down the drink. The drink hardly has any flavor because of it. Go somewhere else where they actually care about the quality of their product.
