Ive been coming to this location for awhile, but recently its really gone down hill. Ive been waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 items, and they already messed up the first. Im still sitting here as I type this waiting on my 2nd item...

I suppose I am due for an updated review since the name on Google has changed. Unfortunately they may have changed it from Baskin Robbin to Dunkin’ but this location is still a mess. They are still always out of something on arrival leaving patronizing this location a crap shoot. Like literally basic items too, i.e.: milk, rainbow sorbet, glazed donuts, etc. Some days the workers seem to care, others they don’t. Overall just avoid the havoc and be thankful you can no longer visit their even worse sister store location that was just before Five Mile on Telegraph where Savvy Sliders now occupies.

My donut was really fresh and coffee was ok but the lady always wants to keep my change at this location. Whether it’s a penny or 35 cents I would like it back, she just puts the money in the drawer and doesn’t give small change unless I ask for it.

Box of doughnuts I am trying to call
And no one answered. This is ridiculous,
I want what I asked and paid for.

Asked for less ice, they filled our coffee to the brim even though I know they aren't required to. The doughnuts were soft and delish!!

I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts and the service has been terrible. My mobile orders have been WRONG. Last week I placed a mobile order for coffee and I waited 20mins!!! FOR COFFEE! I don’t know who the manager is but clearly the employees are not trained well at all. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt today and again my order was not made correctly.

The younglady wanted to hand me my items without a bag, I didn't realize they forgot an item until I drove all the way home. I have been calling the number that's listed and no one is answering so far I've called 10× because I want them to know I will be back for my ice-cream that I already paid for on this day. I even left a tip.
This has been my got to Duncan for years now, but since the remodel, this place has went down. The employees here have no clue what they are doing, they don’t even know how to make their own drinks, and they lack customer service skills. I won’t be back until they get a new crew!
Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hashbrown....there were 5 hashbrown rounds in the bag! Worst Dunkin Donuts ever!
