This was a reorder first of all. I walked into the store at 7a.m and they had the music BLASTING so loud they were all dancing. When I proceeded to tell them what I was ordering not only did they yell but I had to yell at them too! They left it that loud until another customer came in! And BTW they don't have a store phone! Go ahead and call them ALL day!

Staff with negative attitudes in the morning. My glazed donut appeared to be a completely different brand of donut. It was caked in thick icing and I was dry n stiff on the inside. The location on Ann Arbor Rd is my preference. Always fresh lightly glazed soft

They do not know how to make coffee! Every time I go here it’s a disappointment. Donuts are normally pretty Stale. I decided to give their hot chocolate A chance because how can you mess up hot chocolate… It was disgusting tasted like water and milk, barely any chocolate or sweetness. I’m pretty sure they used those cheap hot choco packets and didn’t want to add anything else.

I stopped going there. The coffee is awful and they don’t know how to make their own drinks and are often out of menu items. The last straw was when they gave me someone else’s order in the drive thru and then made my latte with drip coffee instead of espresso.

The closest to me is Telegraph/ West Chicago location. They are often out of things (donut items), and they are sometimes not fresh.
I go everyday after work and when I’m off I go there 3 or more a day all I ask it make sure they put sugar in my coffee and they still can’t do that it’s not hard to put sugar in coffee maybe if they stayed off there phones and do there job and stop and listen to ppl I spend a least 20 or more a day

Welcome to the Redford dunkin donuts where your food matches the service....TERRIBLE! Ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and was told immediately that they were out of eggs and croissants were not available until 1 pm. Geez after breakfast is over....so if you're looking for a breakfast sandwich with the egg on a croissant pass by this place....and it's only 730 am. When the cashier handed me my order through the drive thru window instead of "thank you please come again" I received, "Here!". Dunkin Donuts.....Do Better, that is how you receive repeat business which is how you stay in business! Next time I'll stand in the long line at Starbucks directly across the street. It's worth it!
