My donut was really fresh and coffee was ok but the lady always wants to keep my change at this location. Whether it’s a penny or 35 cents I would like it back, she just puts the money in the drawer and doesn’t give small change unless I ask for it.
This was a reorder first of all. I walked into the store at 7a.m and they had the music BLASTING so loud they were all dancing. When I proceeded to tell them what I was ordering not only did they yell but I had to yell at them too! They left it that loud until another customer came in! And BTW they don't have a store phone! Go ahead and call them ALL day!
I mobile ordered for pickup: 3 coffees (iced pumpkin latte, frozen pumpkin latte, and frozen mocha latte) dozen donuts, and the new chicken wrap. They were out of donuts so I got a refund on those.
