Frank's is a good neighborhood spot with quick service and decent portions. The Porky's Omelet is a particular favorite of mine, as it's loaded with ham, sausage, and bacon. (I substituted tomato slices for hash browns.) On my most recent visit, Sophia was my server and she did an excellent job.
