Hungry Howie's Pizza

On the weekend theres usually a wait but that's nothing new. So I just order and wait about 30 minutes to pick it up. I love the bacon, pickle, ranch and the pizzas are always made correctly and a good amount of toppings.

We Called to get an order placed. The person who answered said they take the orders for the location we were going to to pick up from and they were in a call center. Our Rep left and went to pick up order and it was not there. I then called the same number and the store answered. The person who answered the call, gave my call to the manager. I expressed my concern. She said sorry that sometimes they do that. This is poor service as my rep is now waiting an additional 1/2 hour to get the order. Just unacceptable. Needless to say we usually order for a large group and they will loose that business.

Rude didn’t put through my order got my total and everything get to the store and they tell me they didn’t have my order

Rudely Made me swipe my card 0.30 for 2 extra sub sauce packets because he said it only comes with 1 for this stk&chz had a chicken club that comes with none... Get home there isnt didnt get the 1 sauce i paid for

I order some food from here a while back and my order was jacked up so I called and they said they can make the food again or they could replace it at another time so I chose to have them replace it we waited a couple of weeks and I called they replaced the order everything was perfect I respect them for that and this is why I only go to this hungry Howie's because they do a good job it's just the one time I don't know what happened to food was just jacked up.
