I have ate here for years, no issues. On 11/26/25 I got a pizza that was not accurate. Called spoke to a manager and she told me I either had to come in or get a 10% discount. I explained it was a delivery and its cold and its not my fault the pizza wasnt correct. I explained that it has to be something else she could do and she said no you have to come in. I replied I am a supervisor in customer service its not my fault my pizza is incorrect. She hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. I drove to the store she was so rude we exchanged words and she didnt remake my pizza stating that they were about to close as several customers got their food. Words were exchanged and I left the pizza she refused to give a refund. She wouldnt give me her name or her boss name. I will never ever come back here again you have lost a customer.

Ordered a BLT pizza and the forgot to put mayo on my pizza just cas it's supposed to come when u order it don't know how u screw something like that up especially when asked for lettuce and tomato on the side but other then that the food was good

Iāve lived by this location for 5 years now. I check in periodically with an order to see if theyāve gotten their act together. And each time itās bad. Little to no regard for what you actually order. Zero standards. Just a mess.

We ordered a half-and-half pizza (BBQ chicken on one side, pizza sauce with green peppers, pepperoni, and bacon on the other). Unfortunately, the entire pizza came with BBQ sauce even though we specifically requested pizza sauce on half. When I called, they said the ticket didnāt specify the sauce and refused to remake it, leaving us with inedible pizza. Very disappointing customer service. This was our first and last time ordering from this location. Please listen to the reviews!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. Sarah was unpleasant, extremely unprofessional, and even hung up on me when I called about the issue. The product was disappointing and did not meet expectations. To make matters worse, I was denied a refund. The lack of accountability and poor customer service were unacceptable. I absolutely would not recommend this Jetās go to Hungry Howieās.
If I could leave a review lower than one star, I would. I specifically asked for two cheese slices. The guy who took my order advised it should be ten minutes. No problem. While I was waiting, I asked if I was getting cheese slices. That's when I was told they do not sell cheese slices. I have not eaten meat in over 10 years. There's no reason for me to order pepperoni slices. The guy who took my order tried to argue with me and say that's what I ordered. The so called manager, Sarah, says it's not his job to tell me they don't sell cheese slices, since there is a sign that says they sell pepperoni. I've never heard such a thing, as I eat Jet's pizza across the country. I've had cheese slices in various parts of Michigan, Vegas, Arizona and Florida. I've yet to be told, after paying that they only sell pepperoni slices. The manager refused to give me a refund. I refused to eat those slices. Am I supposed to eat something I don't eat? One thing's for certain, I'll never order here again.

The boss told them to close early, they were slow. And youāll have to take the pizza with you and come back tomorrow, we turned the ovens off. . Iām like so you closed early, turned the oven off and you donāt think you should compensate me? With a refund. . I explained well Sir, if you canāt properly re-make the pizza, may I have a refund? . He went ham. I have the video.
