EVERYTHING is disgusting..... especially the service
Customer service is non existent this evening. Who ever was handing on food during the dinner rush did not speak, thank me or even look at me. I was missing something from my order and I came back, and she had THE BIGGEST attitude for apples slices I specifically asked for. When I worked at McDonald’s YEARS ago, they were big on customer service and mystery shops , guess that’s not a thing anymore . I’ll gladly go to the other Redford location!
This location is ALWAYS a disaster. Today I was surprised to find the line empty, so I thought maybe my luck had changed. WRONG. Not only was the order nowhere near what I ordered, it was VERY cold, they never put any ice in my drink, and both the drink and my fries were only filled halfway!? They conveniently had a sign on the window saying “no receipts.” Nobody in this restaurant takes their job seriously and it shows. Even on a good day McDonald’s food is good enough...read full review
