Worst popeyes around. No menu, cold food, filled pop with ice so only got 3 drinks of pop, tried to get refill popmachine spit all over me,no bathroom so can't clean up. No receipt so can't complain. Think I was overcharged, ordered deluxe sandwiches got normal. All chairs blocking bathrooms so have to sit next to each other instead of across all garbage cans taped up only one in use. Best thing about it food was fast, unfortunately that's because was made way before ordered. Truly awful experience.

Terrible food . The prices weren’t the same as what i was charged . The chicken looked burned and tasted like it was fried in burned grease . One piece of chicken wasn’t cooked all the way . Just a terrible experience overall . I wanna call corporate on them . Close them down

My food is always hot and the service is always fast but for the past couple of weeks I've been going there to the Redford location and they've been changing the prices up charging me for macaroni and cheese and every other Popeyes I go to in any other city does not charge me and up charge for mac and cheese I usually pay $15.67 for a 12 piece with a Mac and a lemonade today $17.48 now you tell me if this is worth a $2 up charge

I'm definitely calling the corporate office. Ordered 3 pieces of chicken strips and got 1 shorter than my pinky finger, and they sliced 1 strip into 3 thin slices but I only received 2 paper thin slices. Ordered flavored wings, they gave me Ghost pepper wings drenched in sauce. My 4 year old couldn't eat that hot ??. Bathroom was out of order. The menu screen was off and didn't work. I might as well call the health department as well.

I picked up 2 Uber order only to discover that the order was missing 2 sandwiches in the bag the man had order for his daughter to eat . I specific ask was this it to these to orders they said yes, you can verify the rt order number, but if the bag sealed you can't see if the right order is in the bag. 3/121/2024. When called to tell them the order was missing 2 sandwiches the young lady hung up in my face. Smh and y'all wonder why I don't eat out.

The atmosphere at the Redford location was not welcoming, the chicken was undercooked, and the whole staff needs to be replaced. Also, the dining room had a foul odor inside. Would not ever recommend this Popeyes restaurant to anyone.
