I’ve been really struggling to give this review but I really feel that this should be shared
I go to this store 2 to 3 times a week
I place an online order and walk in three people standing behind the counter. and I realize that I messed up my order I say dang I did it again taking responsibility . I mentioned it to the barista she said nope you ordered a Grande . Yes! I know . As I walk out I say . You all have a wonderful morning and the Manger said to me yeah and don’t come back . As I stand there in disbelief I ask excuse me but why are you telling me not to come back. He hurried and said I told her welcome back . No sir I heard what I heard. Very rude customer service. And I all my coworkers go this one and we ordered quite a bit as I work with150 employees. Was Manger cover up because he didn’t this I heard him .

The last two times I’ve driven through here it took almost 15 minutes to get one coffee AND they messed up my drink. A vanilla latte with no vanilla…such a disappointment after waiting so long and paying $6. I will not stop here anymore on my way to work.

Although the drive-through moved pretty fast for an early Wednesday morning I find it really stupid that the outside menu doesn't show everything available. this leaves guest to wonder what to order and that is ridiculous. I had no idea what to order because the menu was seasonal. So i only ordered a tea in which i had to ask questions to figure out what type of tea it was because it didn't appear on the menu

They always got a lot of outs. At least 3/4 times a week they are out of the main selling items. The honey citrus mint tea is popular. The vanilla bean is popular caramel ribbon crunch is popular, the main ingredients to make hot chocolate is out.These are things that they should order up on and then it’s getting cooler outside. You definitely wanna order up on the things that are hot drinks because people are gonna buy those more. That’s crazy to me to be out every other day of the same drinks unless they’re being petty and don’t want to make them because it’s so weird that every other day the same drinks are out of stock.

Not the best costumer service and for a person who visits Starbucks twice a day there prices are higher than the ones in the surrounding area. I order the same thing frappes in a Grande and they charge $2.15 higher than the others. FOH I won't be back !!

When you go to Starbucks you KNOW your going to get quality service and exactly what your looking for when you order it. I'm so thankful for Starbucks and there most comforting vanilla chia tea latte with oat milk, an extra shot of espresso, whip and a Carmel drizzle. 🤤

Whenever i ordered online it’s an issue, something’s made wrong and more. Today i called abt my order through the app and he hung up at the end of me talking, they are always rude when i call. Not returning again after today

I will absolutely never return to this location. If you have time sensitive matters to attend to I also don't recommend this location either. I ordered a Venti Decaf Caramel Frap with no Whip and Extra Caramel drizzle and ordering at any other location acrossed the US I have never had an issue with this order. When I recieved my drink it was white. When I asked the barista of the discrepancy and clarified that I wanted coffee just decaf(obviously I wanted coffee becauseI asked for decaf, if I only wanted the cream base I would have asked for that). She then got an attitude and proceeded to complain to her coworkers my order when really the miscommunication was on her end so if she had was confused when I originally ordered she could've asked for clarification but customer service doesnt exist anymore. Nina was her name, very rude and very disrespectful. When I told her about herself she didn't have nothing to say then. Patronize at your own risk!
