I dont go to Starbucks often but I'm happy I did today. I didn't catch her name, but there was a young lady at the window with glasses and green hair. She was so pleasant and she really made my day simply by being kind! I just wanted to take a moment to shout her out! I work with the public myself and I appreciate great customer service which isn't as common now days. So thank you for giving good service with a smile! 🙌🏾

My bacon and sausage and egg on my breakfast burrito wasn't cooked all the way Bacon was raw so was sausage egg needed few more minutes to cook not going back

This was the worst starbucks I’ve been to. I asked for a grand crème brûlée latte extra hot no whip. This is a plain latte. Then when I called the manager asked what does the cup say. I told him at the very beginning of the conversation this is wrong. No customer service at all. If you can help it NEVER GO THERE NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. today is my wedding day so imma brush it off today. Take care everyone.

I’d like to give a kudos/compliment to Roxy for her kindness, willingness to help, and her understanding at the Telegraph & Chicago store, 9504 Telegraph Rd. Redford, MI 48239, last Wednesday, November 13, 2024. I mistakenly placed my online order at the Starbucks at Telegraph and 696 instead of this one and once Roxy learned of the situation she happily made my order for me. I recognize she didn’t have to do this but I was so happy that she did. I was in a rush to work this morning and traveling to the other location would’ve made me very late. Her kindness made my morning and I want her to know that she’s appreciated! Thanks to her, I called the other location and asked them to not refund my order but instead to give my order away to someone there. Thanks so much, Roxy!

I always get banana bread and the lemonade refresher
I’d like wearing your coffee instead of drinking Starbucks is great. They make these cups that don’t work and fall apart as soon as you go to drink out of it. It’s a painful experience

The staff was rude, all I asked was was if I could order right here as nobody was at the register..and the lady with the septum ring stated “well this is where the register is??” Normally when I come here the staff is nice but this encounter was just plain distasteful.
