We used to only pickup from the 5 mile TBell because of the amount of problems we had with our delivery orders from Merrimen and this one. We decided to give delivery a shot again during a busy week when we unexpectedly ran out of groceries for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised how good our order arrived! It arrived early, with everything we ordered, and everything was made better than expected! We've now ordered delivery two more times since with the same experience....
They messed up the order again. Items were missing. I had ordered 3 craving boxes. They gave me cheese for the nachos, but NO nacho chips. Also, they only have me 2 drinks and there was 3 ordered. I had to argue with the person to get my other drink. We went without the nachos as I wasn't going back out just to get them.
Me: pulls up to a Taco Bell drive-through at 10:45 AM.Me: can I get two cheesy roll ups?Cashier: we're only on breakfast now.Me: *scoffs* it's just cheese and a tortilla...Cashier: ..........Me: okay, well I won't come back later.Honestly! 90% of everything you sell has at least cheese and tortilla in it. Just give me two of anything and just take out all the ingredients that aren't cheese or tortilla.
