Drove 40min out of our way to finally hit this classic old school joint. Subs were amazing and the owner treated us Canadian first timers like we grew up there. Took two back to London Ontario and even next day they rocked just as hard. Wish I bought a bottle of their in house sauce ..but we will be back

I have never had a disappointing sandwich from Gonell's. All the meat and cheese are freshly cut. The dressing they use on the sandwiches is incredibly delicious; I could easily consume a large quantity of it. The value of the sandwich is excellent considering the generous portion size.

Vegetarian options: They have a very delicious vegetarian sub that my wife thoroughly enjoys.

Best sub in the state and you can get a loaded 12-2 for only 11$, so that makes it the best value anywhere. After I eat that I don't eat the rest of the day! Staff is always friendly whether their busy or not.
