Wanted to try a different drink at a different place. Stopped in there the other day and came back today to get the same drink. This was at the Richmond Biggby's, the staff was so pleasant, and helpful, thank you for your patience. And yes I would Let my friends know how pleased I was and also I really liked my drink!! I've only been there twice and I had the same drink both times. I did not have anything to eat yet to know or even tell any one about the food. Keep up the good work ladies!!

This is the worst bigby location ive ever been to, ive had multiple issues once they forgot to put cream cheese on my bagel, one time they gave me a regular latte with caffeine even though i asked for a cream freeze
Now this happened i ordered a snow mint mocha latte frozen this does not look or even taste like one there was NO Peppermint sprinkled ontop this just takes like a frozen coffee

I have been to this location a couple times and always get such fast and friendly service. Today I ordered a latte, and my kids each got a drink and we were in and out in no time! We appreciate how nice everyone always is. When I'm in the area I'll definitely be back!!

It was my first time visiting a Biggby. I am a Starbucks girl however the baristas were absolutely amazing how do you make customized my drink like I get at Starbucks, they were patient,kind and smiled the whole time. I know like biggby more than Starbucks!!!!!!! This is my new coffee shop!!!!

I love this location but unfortunately the doors to get into the lobby were locked,, so after being dropped off I couldn't go in. Should've been a sign or something to say that the door was locked. I had to walk elsewhere
