I was incredibly impressed with the staff working on our recent visit. They were extremely busy and the staff was efficient, polite and clearly worked well as a team - our treats were excellent too! Keep up the great work!

This Richmond Dairy Queen is horrible.. I never usually complain about this stuff . But when you spend $12 for two blizzards. And they absolutely have none of the toppings that you ordered in there. It’s just ridiculous and it’s not the first time. We order a Butterfinger blizzard. There’s absolutely no Butterfinger in it seriously. My husband orders Reesie cup there’s no Reesie cup in it. I don’t know how you’re figuring the appropriate weight of placing these toppings in here but you guys really need to work on it I’m going to complain to corporate.

Went to go get ice cream today and it said online that they were open yet no one was there and all the lights were off clearly they were not open.

Awesome service and fast. Definitely will come back. Awesome blizzards and exploding with ingredients!! Taste so much better then other stores in the area. Yum!!

I ordered 3 blizzards at different times. The last one i made up myself and had 8 different items included plus two syrups. Each time the blizzard did not contain everything that was supposed to be in it. The third one had 4 of the 8 items and they were each added in small amounts. It certainly wasnt worth the extra 1.09 per item. Unfortunately I had ordered via dashpass and was unable to take it back. I have ordered the same items from New Baltimore Dairy Queen. There was a satisfying amount of items added and the flavor was great. I would recommend driving to New Baltimore if you desire to get what you ordered. Today was my last order in Richmond.

About every other time I have came they haven't mixed my blizzard or just didn't give me what I ordered, this time I ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard and got a cup of strawberry ice cream. :/
