I had a wonderful experience here. The blonde behind the counter was fast polite and top notch in service. I can't believe how fast she got me in and out of there with the 4 items I got. They were all yummy and enjoyed very much. Thank you for the great experience. Very highly recommend this place. It is must on your list of icecream places.

Not great service. They had a line and the cashier was also on duty to make things. I understand she had to multitask. The problem I had was the service… she clearly saw we only had a cake to pay for but continued to make 3 other blizzard instead of just cashing us out for our cake.

Get an awning over the area where you order. Myself and others do not want to get soaked opening our window to order. The ice cream is fine. But you have gotten a little skimpy with toppings in the past years.

SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The managers are so rude to staff unbearable to work with. The coworkers are also sloppy and don’t make you feel welcomed to the team at all. I was excited to start this job but now feeling very disappointed.
