Had an unfortunancy with an order, was told to leave after having a panic attack and scaring customers.
Edit reply : I was an inconvenience to staff and customers. I attempted to order one meal and had multiple issues with it. None of it's the staff's fault, it's me existing and trying to be a normal human, I cant order a meal correctly without an issue, even if I dont make the mistake, I have to accept responsibility, it's my life. I originally thought security was genuinely worried about me, then i realized that I should of died in my car accident last year because he was telling me to go.
I want to live a normal life, I want to not try 1000x harder than everyone else just to enjoy a hamburger after a shitty life and a shitty day at work. I cant. Why do I bother getting out of bed

We came here with friends. I ordered the chicken dinner special. The thigh was under cooked. I sent it back and the manager came out to defend the meal. I know what under cooked chicken looks and feels like… They also did not take anything deduction off of the bill.
Our friend ordered the boneless chicken wings and ended up sending them back twice. They did end up taking these off of her bill.
The waitress never came to ask how things were or to refill our drinks. She was too busy socializing with her coworker…

We went to Richmond for a retirement party where pizza, chicken nuggets with buffalo ir BBQ sauces, salad & rolls were available. Pizza ok. Salad was lackluster...mostly iceberg lettuce with a few onion, cucumber & tomato. Rolls had garlic flavor & a parmesan cheese coating...pretty good. The place is really loud & on a main corner in the town so there is loud traffic noise as well. I have been to the St. Clair location and I like it much better there. Nice menu, quieter & I enjoy that location much better.

Went there at about 10:30 pm. The music got a little loud, but the food and service was great.
It wasn't bad overall, server was nice but very slow, food was ok big portions 1/2 the food we got was cold the other half warm and good.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had wings and the dumpling stew. The waitress was great, just very busy. Seemed she was overwhelmed.

Fun place but the nachos were the worst ones we’ve ever tasted. A huge pile of thin nachos, very few pieces of the ground beef (what was there was very cold), liquid cheese, and it was totally drowned in diced tomatoes (pico?) to the point that, if you dislike tomatoes, made the meal inedible because there were too many to pick off. My boyfriend agreed it was terrible. That was his 2nd time dining there and he said his 1st visit there was bad also (he had the perch).
