I normally don’t leave a bad review, but our experience was horrible tonight.
Arrived around 8:10pm, sign up to “seat yourself”, so we grabbed a table and sat down. Many waitresses walked past us as we sat with nobody coming over for roughly 12-14 minutes.
Finally our waitress came over and asked for our drink order, we put that in and she walked away. We weren’t given any menus, so after about 5-6 minutes I walked to the bar and asked to take a menu that was sitting there.
We finally got our drinks and she asked if we were ready to order, so we ordered our food. Loaded beef nachos and a medium deep dish pizza. The waitress left to put our order in.
We were left alone with no visits from anyone for roughly 30-35 minutes and the waitress came over and said she “checked and the pizza would be done in 2 minutes” and then walked away. Then we noticed she (our waitress) was sitting at a table chatting with friends for about 5-7 minutes.
Then we waited some more, finally a guy (I think the manager) brought out our food and said they had to remake the nachos and that’s what took so long. We told him to bring us boxes and our bill so we could take it and leave. We left at 9:25-9:30 with our food in boxes because of the absolutely poor service there.
We used to go there a lot, but won’t be back to that location again. 100% fail on their part.

Had a hot honey chicken sandwich, worst excuse for a chicken sandwich. I hate to say this McDonald's spicy chicken was way better !

Very poor business decision to close the entire facility for a golf dinner. Drove 20 minutes and sat in construction for nothing. Won't try again

Absolutely terrible service. 25 minutes for drink order. 20 minutes for appetizer and 40 minutes for cold food. Multiple runners tried bringing us other tables food. The band was horrendous. The place had maybe 40 people and in it.

Rachel was an exceptional waitress, keeping 18 people’s orders straight for our private party! The private dining room was the setting for our lunch after my father’s funeral! The food was delicious and reasonably priced!

$14.00 hamburger the bun was cold like it just came out of a refrigerator and had very little onion served with deep frying potato chips they were cold and burnt they certainly weren't made for me

We took my aunt here for her 84th birthday tonight. We have been here a few times, but tonight was extra amazing. Our waitress Isabella was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make tonight incredible. I haven’t had an incredible waitress like her in what feels like forever! Not only did she make accommodations for my aunt, she held the door for her on our way out. So sweet. Food was amazing as always, but experience was even better. Thank you!
