When I ordered pizza the first one came out burnt to a crisp second one came out raw . Sent both back. Ordered a grinder to go with chips on the side The first order of chips were raw and the second ones burnt . Sandwich is worse than a gas station sub . The cooks need to be fired and the waitress needs a raise .

Last 2 times we came here we had ordered pizza and both times we were given filthy plates. First time there were actual chunks of food still on the supposedly clean plates. It was disgusting. Server was very nice and fixed the issue. Second time plates still had grease and crumbs on them. They fixed it but if it wasn't for my kids I would have walked out. And I'm pretty sure all they did was wipe the plates because they were still very greasy. Then we got the bill and they were going to charge us full price for half off pizza. We had to say something for it to be fixed. I hardly ever write reviews but this was absolutely disgusting.

Takeout service is absolutely terrible. Tonight was the third time in a row that they not only got our order wrong once, but twice and had to remake the food. I waited over an hour total for food and tonight after the second remake, they gave me bread that was burned and disgusting. This place is a joke

The waitstaff is fantastic. Food was really good. It was very busy and took a bit, but worth the wait. I get that it's a sports bar and I've been to many...but it was LOUD, really loud. Overall great experience.

Arrived at 4:05 PM . Asked to sit outside and were refused due to a party at 6:00PM. We drove from quite away. Left and went elsewhere where we could sit outside. We were not there to spend the whole evening just for dinner. Very disappointed in the service!

$13 for a half order of fish n chips. Gets you one piece of fish and a handful of fries lol! Rip off $15 for a LARGE antipasto salad, only feeds two people.

We’ve been here many times but Saturday night apparently they have a DJ that plays music so loud you can’t talk to the person right next to you. Moat of the patrons were families - not interested in an annoying DJ. The food took for-ev-er … wings and fries and it was COLD!! Also it’s 50 degrees outside and they had the large doors/window open. It was freezing!! Absolutely miserable all around. Probably won’t be back.

When questioned the time because we were already 25 minutes past the time told our food would be available, was just told ya that's just an estimate and doesn't account for us being busy. Restaurant was less than half full and people just standing around. Attitude and service sucks!

This is my first time ever writing a bad review on any establishment, but I just had too. We ate lunch at the Hamlin Pub in Richmond today because it’s a central location for all of us to meet. We meet there quite often. We asked if we could close the very large windows, because it’s a very cool day in August and we were all freezing. Our waitress Nicole said she would ask her manager Rachel and she flat out refused.Some of us had coats and jackets in the car but the rest weren’t as fortunate. It was a miserable experience. If we hadn’t of already ordered, we would’ve left. So to the owners, if you’re wondering why you just lost 9 of your patrons and why your establishment was empty at lunchtime on a Wednesday afternoon. You might want to take a look at your manager. We won’t be back.
