Will not ever go back to Richmond. Manager Brandon was completely sarcastic when I told him several times I couldn't understand him as his voice was very muffled. I even asked to speak with someone else, and when he responded unprofessional I ask to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager. Well Richmond Hungry Howie, good luck to you if he is your manager because he won't be doing your business any favors with the customers. Brandon if you were speaking clearly, no one in my house could understand you (3people) maybe you should work on it. Sounded like you had a mouth full of food or something. So like I told you, I went to Marysville and they CAN put flavor on the crust if a Pizza sub.

Ordered cheese bread. It came, was only bread. Dry and no cheese. The pizza was way undercooked. Was terrible pizza the last 2 times I ordered. This is the last time. They've gone downhill since February. Must of got new employees or the manager doesn't care.

Went to place a delivery order. They had problems finding my location so the delivery driver and the store called me 4 times in 5 minutes. Chloe then left a nasty voicemail saying “Due to it being busy and the weather I will not be driving to you. You will not be getting your food tonight if you want a credit or something you can call the store or just deal with it” I spent 40 dollars for some teenager to get passive aggressive with me while I was using the bathroom :/

I called in for an order to be delivered and they said okay 35-40 minutes I waited and 45 minutes later I didn’t receive my food so I called them and they said that I never call in for an order they put me on hold couple times and came back and one of the guys said he didn’t understand my English the street address that they not getting is( pound rd) I even spelled it out and he say he still doesn’t understand it I don’t know if this some racial thing because I have an accent or their a punch of idiots if there’s a zero stars I will be very happy to put zero star
