We ordered an Italian sandwich. It was good and tasty but the lone man working there wasn't rude but you could tell he wasn't happy because he never smiled he was just was going through the motions.

went in today to order a pizza right off the bat manager had a chip on his shoulder just was asking him some questions about the mix and match deals. He couldn't be bothered so I politely left will not be returning. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this and has a talk with him.

It really sucks to have to write this review. The reason being is that hungry Howies has been pretty much A1 lately when it comes to their pizza the taste so on and so forth. Unfortunately, the Getting the order right Has became the problem. Last week I ordered a large stuffed crust, pepperoni, and extra cheese. I basically got just a large stuff crossed pepperoni pizza(Not that big of a deal) I did indeed call and got our next Pizza Comped. Today I ordered, and I got a large stuff crossed pepperoni, extra cheese with half having pineapple added to it(I know not everybody’s favorite) Once I got home, I thought to myself hmmm Maybe I should check it… when I open the box, although it was OK because it was pepperoni and cheese and half pineapple… Once again, the extra cheese was not put on it. Now, normally I would call and I would do what I needed to do to make sure that the next time I came, I was able to get what I originally paid for. Today I’ve decided to just let it go. Although I would like to get what I paid for honestly I’m pretty defeated lately with places not getting orders, right. I get it things get hectic and I understand environments can come with chaos. But having to be” That guy” Every time it happens kind of sucks and I’m over it. So thank you and I appreciate the great pizza but I think it’ll be a minute before I return. Best of luck #HungryHowies

Will not ever go back to Richmond. Manager Brandon was completely sarcastic when I told him several times I couldn't understand him as his voice was very muffled. I even asked to speak with someone else, and when he responded unprofessional I ask to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager. Well Richmond Hungry Howie, good luck to you if he is your manager because he won't be doing your business any favors with the customers. Brandon if you were speaking clearly, no one in my house could understand you (3people) maybe you should work on it. Sounded like you had a mouth full of food or something. So like I told you, I went to Marysville and they CAN put flavor on the crust if a Pizza sub.

Ordered cheese bread. It came, was only bread. Dry and no cheese. The pizza was way undercooked. Was terrible pizza the last 2 times I ordered. This is the last time. They've gone downhill since February. Must of got new employees or the manager doesn't care.
