Went to place a delivery order. They had problems finding my location so the delivery driver and the store called me 4 times in 5 minutes. Chloe then left a nasty voicemail saying “Due to it being busy and the weather I will not be driving to you. You will not be getting your food tonight if you want a credit or something you can call the store or just deal with it” I spent 40 dollars for some teenager to get passive aggressive with me while I was using the bathroom :/

I called in for an order to be delivered and they said okay 35-40 minutes I waited and 45 minutes later I didn’t receive my food so I called them and they said that I never call in for an order they put me on hold couple times and came back and one of the guys said he didn’t understand my English the street address that they not getting is( pound rd) I even spelled it out and he say he still doesn’t understand it I don’t know if this some racial thing because I have an accent or their a punch of idiots if there’s a zero stars I will be very happy to put zero star

Very poor customer service I was calling to see do they deliver to my address which is a rest area 6 mi away.... The young man argue with me because I couldn't give him a street number but it has an address that is listed by Google off the highway.... He told me they couldn't deliver to me and hung up the phone not even suggesting that I come pick up the order.... Because of this service I refuse to eat here

The flat bread pizza from here is bomb. I've had it 3 times in the last month cause it's seriously that good and affordable. I also like that the people working there are polite and even take notes when you give them instructions like to call and not knock cause a baby is sleeping. That's great service that you definitely don't get everywhere. Granted it's not a sit down establishment but it's easy to get to and there is plenty of parking.

I just want to say on how good this hungry howies is. The pizza was very good, breadsticks and BBQ wings. The wings were amazing they literally smothered it with BBQ suace and that was the first time I had their wings I usually get pizza and breadsticks. I'm glad this is my hungry howies close by where I live.

Great little pizza place in Richmond and their food is always been good I've been going there for a long time. And their employees there are very friendly and nice. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes for a pizza or anything that I and it's always good. I will continue to buy my pizzas and salads there. Keep up the good quality.
