I’m a regular there for the most part pretty good I get a couple things I change on my sub no tomato and add pickles this time they made my sub with no mayo and added hot Peppers they didn’t read me back my order in the drive through

Does this jimmy johns ever have delivery drivers.This is the 4th time I called for a delivery and they don’t have a driver might as well just take the we deliver sign down at this point.

I’m not one to complain but every time I go to this Jimmy John’s my order is wrong or they forget something that I’ve paid for. The staff is nice but “freaky fast” isn’t good if the food isn’t what you ordered.

Never had a problem with my sandwich until today. I admit my sandwich has a few modifiers but to skip all of them and dump half a jar of mustard on my sandwich layering it between each layer of meat - that takes effort. I regret tipping anyone working the night of 9-25-23

Walked in and was hollered at by two employees right away. I didn't do anything or say anything. One employee was saying I wasn't allowed to be in the building while the other employee was attempting to explain with zero tact that it was drive through only. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I walked out and noticed the car in the drive through was having problems even talking to anyone over the speaker. I figured they didn't need my business.I left and went to Subway down the street and was promptly served, had a great sub sandwich for just $6.Skip this shop and go where people treat you politely.
