Wasn't expecting much to begin with being that it's Little Caesars but I would expect my pizza to actually be fully cooked. My pizza wasn't lightly cooked but literally not even fully cooked and it was soggy. Same with the crazy bread. The employee that answered the phone didn't care either... Worst pizza ever unless you like uncooked soggy pizza dough

“I waited 20 minutes for a Hot-N-Ready order, which was totally fine but when I got home, both pizzas and the pizza puffs were ice cold. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, but paying for something that should have been hot and getting it cold is really disappointing. If it’s being made to order, it shouldn’t be this cold. Please make sure orders are actually fresh before handing them out.”

I am absolutley appaled at the managers attitude. ordered a pizza with extra cheese that I sat for 20 minutes and waited to have made. 2 slices have legitimately next to no cheese so I payed extra for less. I was told to bring it back to have it remade so who's paying for my fuel and time absolute nonsense. Just credit me a new pizza next time like every other pizza establishment in the area. No wonder u have such bad reviews shape up.

Quality of food is not what it once was. Pizza was just barely cooked, bread sticks were the same. Nice and friendly counter help.

They literally gave me an under cooked pizza and still made me wait for it like I was there waiting why not cook it all the way it looks repulsive and the cheese isn’t even melted all the way like do better this isn’t rocket science and that’s how you get people sick

Honestly the best little Caesars in the area and that's not saying a ton. The food is always hot and fresh, but the wait times are insane. I can't count how many times I've walked in, ordered food, and had to wait like 35 minutes for just some pizza puffs. Even when I order ahead and wait like 20 minutes to drive to the location and pick it up, it's still a 30 minute wait. Good food, but only if you're willing to wait awhile lol

The app was down so I called my order in on the phone. I was told 15 to twenty minutes and they took my name down. I came half hour later and they didn’t have my pizza ready. Told me it would be another 20 mins . Told me the app was down and he can’t see orders, but this was a phone order. I just went somewhere else. I won’t be back. The staff was just all standing around not even trying to do anything. App is down so I guess they don’t work. Two more people while I was there walked out as well. Didn’t even have any hot and ready available.
Got a hot and ready today and it was disappointing to say the least. I get it’s an inexpensive meal, but they sloped this together. Just disrespectful all around. Little Caesars should take away the licensing.
Says free crazy bread if they dont offer a crazy bread before you pay but i guess that ended in september

Pizza and staff are AMAZING! The best little Caesar’s around (and yes, I’ve been to a lot). Even when they’re swamped and I have to wait, I’m waiting with a smile on my face because the staff is so immaculate. Compliments to the chef (Gabi) on the pizza I ate tonight 😉.

Never is there a hot and ready on any time. Very bad quality. You can tell they just rush it through the oven. very rude they need new managers.

Came for a hot and ready and had to wait almost 10 minutes I honestly didn't know about the free crazy bread so when I asked I would've had to wait 10 more minutes for that cause the guy said there was no more so I said forget it and just waited for the pizza, it doesn't take 10 minutes to make crazy bread and I've worked at little Caesars before they're either new or just lazy here... I will take my chances at the Chesterfield location from now on and my pizza was half well done half undercooked for some reason I won't be back to the Richmond location they have less options anyway.

Said my order was ready, went in and still had to wait, don’t say it’s ready when it’s not
I spent $42 on pizza for my family for dinner and I go to open the crazy bread and it’s not even cooked !! I called and told them and they said to come back and get a replacement! When my wife showed them the uncooked bread, they said they didn’t know what the problem was!! The person there told my wife that they couldn’t get the manager for her and they couldn’t give her anything else for the hassle! She opened the new bread up and it wasn’t any better!!!! This location doesn’t take pride in making their food that the customers pay way too much for!!! This wasn’t our first poor experience with this location!!!

Ordered a Pretzel Pizza and Crazy Bread, so we made sure we got fresh, got home to open the pizza and it be a regular pizza that looked old with salt and the extra butter and parm was slapped on an already made bread in which was cold and the butter did not even melt. Called spoke with Nathan and they wanted me to bring it back for them to remake!! We will no longer deal with the incompetence of this location, we have given many chances. And they want to be topped For being Nasty and unprofessional!
