Rude person Nathan unlawfully asked for proof of my friends emotional support animal (it's a parrot) as we sat and simply waited for our food... Animal had not bothered any employee or other customer and didn't simply ask one person but all 5 of us to leave with bird... As someone who works with ppl that need these emotional support animals to maintain on a daily basis o not only find it extremely rude at how u came across .. he was NOT even in any work clothes so as far as we knew he could've just been another customer but wasn't nice and very short with us because of this very bad interaction we will not be going inside or ordering from this establishment again

My very first bad review, ever. If I could give this place a 0, I would. Itās alwaysssss something with this location. Literally. They never have hot & readys , the wait time is ALWAYS 15+ minutes, but I always end up waiting 30. I just waited 30 minutes for one pizza , and they served it to me raw!!!!!!!!!!!! How!??????? This is the ONLY store Iāve ever had any issues with, ever. Absolutely horrible. Trash.

OWNERS ATTITUDE. My brother is in Medilodge nursing facility in Richmond and doesn't have the ability to use any apps on his phone. The only way he can order is by calling. This Little Caesars will "rarely" answer their phone to take his order, and their voicemail tells you to order online. I've visited with the owner about it and he told me that he's getting enough business that he doesn't need to take phone orders. His staff are wonderful and polite and accomidating, but this business owner doesn't seem to care about the people less fortunate that live in our lovely town. ?

I love this Little Ceasars. It's the best out of Yale, Imlay City, and Fort Gratiot. They always make the pizza just like I ask, fast service, and taste great. I wish this place would train the others on how to make a pizza.
