It's McDonald's. Every once in a while I think I have a carving for a Big Mac. The only flavor is in the Big Mac sauce. The hamburger has no flavor and artificial.

Love this McDonald’s and specifically the kids area as I have two little one. It’s always clean and I love that there’s a family bathroom. I drive 20 min out of the way to come here often. Great job, crew!

People go in to eqt and it's a new world as in socializing, their is none today. As for their food, it's ok. I keep getting luke warm food and i like my food HOT. Just seems cheaper and dang you get maybe 1 half piece of shriveled up lettuce that looks like you have to go in and eat to make sure you get a nicer looking piece along with anything else you ordered there. Their was a time when MCDONALD'S was the first and best now i feel it got cheaper due to other competitors. My goodness, where's the beef?, ANYWAYS......

Cold fries, half cooked. They need to get there act together. No answer on phone and unable to contact franchisee corporate office. No listed number. Place was full of people and serve nasty French fries. Not going back

There was a huge long hair in my sisters cheeseburger. It was cooked inside of the cheese. It was nasty. Some of the workers were not wearing hair nets. They weren’t the nicest when we asked for another cheeseburger. I also got ranch for my chicken nuggets in the ranch was open. I am not very pleased.

I was asked to leave the drive thru because I was ordering lunch 2 mins early. I did, ordered my lunch on the app and went back through the drive thru with my receipt and order number. The staff insisted I didn't order. I repeat the order number, the address and told them I just ordered it. They offered no help while I waited at the speaker for 3 mins. I pulled to the window and magically they found the order after trying to explain how my bank works to me. I get my food but the at the staff second window, mostly only of mangers at this time, handed me a bag with the fries thrown in upside-down, in the bag on top of everything.
A little patience goes a long way. Online orders aren't instant. You can trust your customers. There is no need to be childish with handling others food.
Never had an issue with them. Whenever I get coffee from them its always searing hot and fresh. Everyone we've encountered so far has been friendly, kind, and attentive. No complaints at all.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE when you order inside to eat. Have no idea what happened but they lost my order or someone else took it. Was watching it on the screen and then it just disappeared after 10 minutes of waiting. At 15 minutes I asked what was going on and they didn't know so remade my 10 piece chicken nugget meal. Definitely will stick to the drive through from now one. First and last time going inside.
