Won't go back! I ordered foot long told them what i wanted on my sub. Waited forever at drive thru. Got home and all that was on my sandwich was meat and cheese. That's not what I ordered. I don't live in town so I wasn't going drive back. Had to add my own lettuce but I didn't have everything at home that I asked for on my sandwich. Lost me as a customer.

Not convenient being drive thru only. Had to go to a neighboring city to get my Subway sandwich.
Cold cutcombo doesn't come with just bologna The person sweeping the floor is not supposed to serve my food I wouldn't give you one star if I could make a post without it I will never again go to the subway in Richmond Michigan disgusted ruin my entire night
The employees at this establishment do not know how to read a mobile order.. ordered no tomato or onion on my sub and it was loaded with both, juices saturated the bun.. $12 down the drain, dinner ruined .
Go to 27 and gratiot, save yourself the headache and hassle.
It’s funny how reading through the reviews I never seen something said good about this location. Everyone had a bad experience here. I’ve been coming to this place for the past five years ever since I started working in Richmond and I always like to support local restaurants. This place was my favorite and I thought it was the cleanest place ever since the old owners sold it. They had tremendous service. Not sure about who owns the place now, but they need to check their employees out, Especially management. I ordered A sandwich yesterday, October 17, 2024. Came back to work. We only have a certain time to do all this pick up the food come back and eat and get back to work, I ate the first half without noticing cause I was hungry and when I got to the second half there was a hair about 12 inches long sticking out of the other half and I went bizarre. I could not believe that I ate the first half without noticing, hungry halfway I wrapped the food back and I went back to the store. The manager looked at me. She didn’t even say, can I help you a young girl came from behind the counter and said can I help you. So I looked back at the manager and said excuse me can I see you for a quick minute right to the side? I did not want to embarrass them in front of the other customers. I explained what went on and she’s like oh I’m sorry that usually happens sometimes. That’s not an answer to give your customers that comes to your store at least 2 to 3 times a week. Without saying, I’m sorry we’re gonna credit you or we’re gonna give you something towards your sandwich or I’ll fix you another sandwich, She says I’ll fix you another half. And she literally goes and fixes another half with barely any rotisserie chicken spinach foam tomato, full plenty of mayonnaise wrap it up and hand it to me and I looked at her and just smiled because I didn’t have enough time. I had to head back to work and left the store. There are 250 employees at our dealership I will make sure every single one of them is aware of this matter and they will go to Jimmy John’s right across the street instead of going to them.

Food was old and barely had anything on it. It was supposed to be 2xs meat and cheese and I didn't even get1x full meat and cheese.
It closed at 7:50 minutes
Went and got a sub through the drive thru. Said no to being toasted. Got a toasted one. No big deal. Went in and asked then to remake it. The younger girl was apologetic and remade it. Went to leave and the older lady in there screeched at me saying I can't take both subs. The warm sub was opened and has already passed through their window. I said that's weird you would take that back over the counter after it's already been in my hands. Older lady said we have a special waste bin. Ya I'm sure you do. Your stomach. This place sucks. Don't bother.

This place became my new favorite when I had to start dieting. They have multiple choices of bread, for people who are picky about bread, I know I am! They have multiple choices for your sub. Overall amazing.
Vegetarian options: They have tons of veggies you can put on your sandwhich

Dietary restrictions: There is no peanut options, you can choose to not have cheese on your sandwich, and multiple dietary accommodations

Always fresh and fast.
skimped on the meat and cheese. Ended up with pretty much just bread. Burnt crumbly bread. Just close your store down and sell it off to a better restaurant owner you absolute joke.
