Absolute slowest taco bell I've ever been to. I waited 30 minutes in the drive through line and there weren't very many cars at all.

Natalie was a gem. She's the local DM and it was really nice to have an adult convo with a younger person. This interaction could have gone really bad, really fast. When I approached the counter, I was asked right away if I was using the app to order.This is what's becoming routine at all of the drive throughs and fast food restaurants. I'm a geek.I was programming computers before most people reading this were a thought in their parents' head.. The first thing that I asked her was the kiosk accessible. It was NOT and #TacoBell, you need to do something about this, pronto. I looked it over.There's some sort of speaker or plate that's supposed to be attached to the kiosk.There is an audio speaker button.But that's not going to help somebody that's blind.I taught blind children my entire life and my daughter died a quadriplegic. That kiosk is not accessible for somebody in a wheelchair or who has blindness or a visual impairment. #TacoBell you need to fix this asap! The food was great.I put the photos on my yelp acct. I am one of the #EliteYelp reviewers and I am really angry about this lack of sensitivity to folks who are differently abled.
Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. While three employees sit in the parking lot smoking, yelling, and blasting terrible music people are literally STUCK in the drive thru with no way out for an HOUR AND A HALF. Midnight shift on 8/16/25 should all be fired immediately.

After waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes, I am very disappointed to find my mexican pizza completely smashed. I am leaving a review since this is not the first time this location has served me bad food.
