Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. While three employees sit in the parking lot smoking, yelling, and blasting terrible music people are literally STUCK in the drive thru with no way out for an HOUR AND A HALF. Midnight shift on 8/16/25 should all be fired immediately.

After waiting in the drive through for over 30 minutes, I am very disappointed to find my mexican pizza completely smashed. I am leaving a review since this is not the first time this location has served me bad food.

The manager just sits there doing nothing.

No one has time for you to share photos with each other on the phone.

I normally come through the drive through. Throughout the day. I drive a Toyota pickup grayish brown and got to know a couple of the people there. Needless to say I came tonight at 650 placed my order

Really easy two Doritos tacos, took them 14 12 minutes before they even made it I walked out. Line wasn’t busy no one else waiting inside. The manager just didn’t wanna do her job or something.

Now I have to wait for the charge to clear to dispute it.

You lost a customer because you wanted to chat and shove your mouth full of food instead of serving the food. I’ll never come back here ever again.

Poor service then when you get the call about it you say oh well it as only 7 minutes and we waiting right to that 7 minute point..

Like really.
If you were at work tonight around 7pm Monday the 7th, July 2025. Quit your job you are a poor example of that company. Only ones working was the guy and the girl at the window.

To the owner/ manager.

Fire everyone else on that shift. Save yourself the money and time paying useless employees that rather show photos to each other on their phones then put out a simple 2 second order.

I ordered ONE burrito and it took them like 40 minutes for ONE I will never go back here the people were rude and ignored all of the people waiting for their orders. It was crazy. All of the workers seemed like they didn’t care about anything and weren’t trying and were just going so slow

It's a little more expensive than the other taco bells I've been to, but the food is prepared the same. Sometimes, the portions and topping placement are way off.
