Not sure what has been happening recently but as a constant visitor, I have noticed new morning staff and my order has been wrong each time.

I go to this Tim Hortons everyday. M-F..to get a bagel and donut for 3 years. About 6 months ago all the employees changed!!! Now they have a new crew and they have sucked ever since!!! They either don't write my order down the way I said.. And it's not hard...plain bagel double toasted with butter and vanilla cream donut!!!!! That's not rock science!! 4 out of 5 days they don't toast the bagel enougjlh or no butter or the wrong donut!!!!!!! And the wait is longer then usual!! Take 10 mins thru the drive thru with 3 or 4 cars in line!!!!!!! I would stop going there but it's the only one that's on my way to work!!! There is one girl there that does do it right but I don't know her name!! The rest of the just don't care or listen!!!!!!! What a shame!!!!!! If I could give you. A negative star I would!!!! Be like this for over 6 months!!!!

I go to this Tim Horton's often. I normally don't have any issues. However, today my order was messed up TWO different times. I was asking for something I have ordered numerous other times at other Tim Horton's. I was told they don't know how to make this. They attempted, and it was disgusting. I'm not sure what the issue is. But I have never had an issue before. I'm highly disappointed.

They forgot my coffee and when I asked for it they accused me of trying to get a drink I didn’t pay for. But that manager is the one who helped the employee find it on the screen. When I paid for it!!! Never coming back.

Lobby has been open for a while now, but I get the same treatment and hoped walk-in customers treatment would change, but it hasn't. I get the vibe they would rather you use the drive-thru. The vibe consists of lack of interaction and eye contact when you stand at the counter. Usually a couple minutes go by before someone says something like, I'll be with you soon. Drive thru customers definitely get priority service at this location. And Im going in where the line isnt backed up... last thing id do is park in a spot thats going to get blockwd by people waiting in drive thru line, at that point I go to dunkin donuts in new haven.... cheaper there anyhow, less wait, and fast prompt service.
