I stopped going here for a while due to a few bad experiences but it really seems like things have improved. Couldn't ask for better service and the drinks seem to be made with more care.
Updated Review: Bumped from a 1 to a 3 because over the years their tea got better and food was more consistent. HOWEVER... Post COVID they don't seem to open their lobby almost ever. It's frustrating because they missed providing me the Stevia I asked for and I wasn't about to sit through the drive through all over again for it. I also saw a truck driver park his truck across the road and walk over at 10:50 AM on a Saturday, and they still weren't open inside....
