This place use to be really good, now id rather have jets. Last couple times we ordered pizza it was under cooked and not Alot of flavor. Just plain tasting. And the sub bread was so dry and hard it just crumbles when you bite. Definitely won't go there again. And that's a bummer, use to really like this place....

Order from this place atless twice a week and do pick up had them do delivery today and they messed up my wings called to let them know and was told they couldn’t do nothing for me. Will not be ordering from this place again and the inside of the building is falling apart you guys should fix that floor..

Unfortunately this place fell short for me and my family 😔 We recently decided to try it for the first time, wanted to see if it was a good hometown pizza place so we could stop eating HH or jets lol we refuse LC but I digress. We got a pepperoni and ham round , chicken Parm square, baked ravioli, cheese bread and 2 cannolis. Let's start with the ravioli, I didn't realize until after I ordered if you want cheese you have to add it lol, was confused why there wasn't any cheese, they were also hard as a rock so they got tossed. The chicken Parm pizza I was truly looking forward to and although it wasn't bad it def wasn't chicken Parm it was chicken in marinara sauce , chicken Parm has a distinct taste and this was just again not it. The regular pep and ham pizza was just ok,not great not bad just a decent pie, the cheese bread was decent. Finally the cannolis, and these are a staple in my home these and tiramisu (my Italian roots kick in here) I've tried alot of places shoot I even enjoy a NINOs fruit market one lol and I make my own and again there wasn't anything wrong with it but I didn't really enjoy it either. Idk if well try it again but this time was just not great for the first time trying them 😕

They make a great toasted Italian sub. This place has been here forever. There is some seating outdoors and some sitting indoors. Does need a little refresh but the food is really good Parking can be a little tricky. I need to find a side street to park on

Felt like a family owned restaurant lots of love an care 10/10
I remember when it opened. I was a high school kid from New Haven, and we would drive out to Richmond to get slices. Their slices have been the best for almost 50 years now. Throughout much of the 90s into the '00s I stopped every Monday night on my way home from Memphis, often with friends in tow. Lots of great memories of 3 slices and a pop out on the patio, not just in the summer, but just about whenever there was no snow. Besides the slices I've had many squares and Chicagos and calzones and subs. I'd still be going there if I hadn't moved to SC. You can't go wrong with Tivoli. I Lov It.

I ordered the Tivoli special which basically has almost everything on it. The crust was good but the toppings and cheese were kind of sliding off I think I would just like to try the regular cheese and pepperoni and I also got a Greek salad which was really good but they gave me ranch dressing I thought Greek dressing comes with it automatically unless you ask for something else so I was a bit disappointed about that. Otherwise service was fast and friendly.

I have been going there for years Fabio and his crew of pizzolos are amazing their food is by far superior to any other I love this place you might walk into this place like you were just going into a pizza joint but when you leave you will feel like family I personally have never had anything that I did not enjoy I believe they make everything with love and it's all amazing I have been getting a Chicago stuffed pizza from there I believe since I was 15 years old every year for my birthday and I am 54 ish now and I have moved out of the area a couple times but still try to get my best present try this place you will love it
