I have been disappointed once again. I ordered a 12 piece tender meal and what I got was eight very small tenders, one nice size tender and three break off pieces. The biscuits were flat burned and over buttered so they were very soggy. The cottage fries were under cooked and soggy also. Had a lot of choices, and the two different subs, as well as the sides we ordered where all very good.everything was made fresh, and as it being our first time there, we had a lot of questions and the workers answered everything we asked, AND had suggestions on what we would like based on those questions, which turned out great for everyone.

Let me start by saying I enjoy Tubby's subs that's why the extra star because if based on service and establishment practices alone they deserve 1 star. What I don't particularly like is this location. It is the closest one to my house so I keep giving them my business. I've visited this location on several occasions each time leaving scratching my head asking myself why I continue to make the drive. I've had the chicken and the subs from here and have managed to get one yes one biscuit and it was seriously under cooked as the inside was still extremely doughy as pictured below. My first order was a hefty order consisting of a mix of chicken, sides and subs, by the time I got home there was a side missing I called they were "nice" enough to take my name down and say the next one would be "free". I say nice enough because the young person made it seem like it was such an annoyance to her not to mention it's not technically free I purchased it and I didn't receive it!!! During the ordering process I asked for my sub to be toasted and asked my my lettuce and tomatoes to be wrapped separately because I had about a 10 minute drive home and didn't want warm lettuce and tomato which makes for a soggy sandwich when you arrive to your destination. The owner himself said they don't offer this service. I was later advised by a customer he doesn't want to spend the extra money on plastic ware etc. which made absolute sense seeing I'm already a paying customer and you've refused a request. I also asked about the pricing on the menu posted on Yelp by the business owner seeing that it was several dollars more than listed inside. He advised me that it was over 5 years old...what do I look like booboo the fool? The picture you posted clearly said almost a year ago. After a bit of hemming and hawing he did honor the pricing but the exchange was very awkward. On another visit I mentioned my missing side and it still wasn't included. On a different visit I ordered subs and biscuits there were only 2 left. As we waited drive through took an order and bagged the biscuit that was already paid for. The young lady came over and asked if we wanted something else. I just laughed because it's always something here. I asked for a refund instead. As my daughter started to eat the biscuit she said mom this biscuit is raw..I looked and it was still doughy inside. Although I was refunded $5 to my card more than the amount due to me, the amount of inconveniences I have dealt with is baffling: Refusal to wrap lettuce and tomato separately, charging $1 for mayo when an entire container of brand mayo is $3 (and don't come at me about over head, I order raw materials for a living), paying for sides and not receiving it, and undercooked biscuits. I should never walk into a Tubby's feeling like I'm annoying the workers or owner. I am bringing you my hard earned money! Albeit not a lot, but consistent patronage! Treat me with kindness and respect! FYI, when I voiced my concerns to the young staff I was very compassionate....I am a mom to young adult working in fast food and realize they are only as good as the training they receive. Oh...it is very nice inside. Large seating area and spacious!
Was there on July 28th and the service was horrible, start with the fact displaying lots of new items they did not even have. There was is and one other customer, they mixed his order in with ours , our order took forever because they waited till the sub was ready before starting fries/chicken and then everything else was cold before they finished the rest of the order. The place was a mess in the back, stacking food on top of bags and pretty much everywhere. Will wait for new owners before going back.

This place with the new manger has gone above and beyond my expectations. The manger Rami is very knowledgeable about how to handle a business and provide a great customer service. The food quality is always perfection( fresh bread, veggies, and meat). If you have a complicated order he will go above and beyond to accommodate the order and never lazy about anything you ask for. I will definitely be going back again and again and will definitely cater from them for the summer. Love this place
