Our service was fast and friendly. The owners are always happy to see you and greet you with conversation. The Light breakfast options are an excellent choice to start your day, delicious.
George, what has happened to the Village Cafe? We ate there today. The hash browns were cold, the toast was saturated with butter, and your restrooms have cleaner. It made long for yesteryear when I rated this place with 5 stars.
We stopped for lunch. They close at 3. The menu is huge and there are also specials. We got a breakfast and a salad with soup. The potato soup was not hot and not good. The chicken salad was ok; their Greek dressing is very good. The breakfast was good as well, minus the hash browns which were under cooked. Staff is extremely pleasant and engaging. I know it's an older restaurant, but it could use an update and a good scrub. We spent about 30.00 before the tip.
