I've only been here 2 times since opening, but both times, I was blown away by the food freshness and the employees' cheerful attitudes. I usually get the BBQ Chicken Wings, so I would recommend those and Fries. Other than that, the amount of sauces and the names are funny, and the wait time is around 10-15 minutes for a party of 3 people. Would Recommend!

Every time we come our service has been great. The wings are very flavorful too. The only downfall is they changed the boxes since we were here last and they suck. Thank goodness I didn't do seasoning on my fries because on the wings my box was falling apart and could see the table through the box.

I ONLY give it 1 star Let me tell you I'm very upset about this mainely because of the location I live close and love Richmond. Wing snobs is delicious but I walked in to the most dirtiest lobby of my life the smell of mildew I did not drink the fountain drink because of the lobby looked like that means the fountain drink machine that has not been cleaned either. I spent over $40 and probably only ate three wings and I couldn't get the smell of the lobby out of my head ruined my appetite.
This was our first time coming here. We tried ordering Mac and cheese for our kids. The cashier lady said it was not ready yet. At noon it’s not ready? And she didn’t know when it would be? Ok cool. So we ordered boneless wings meals and tender meals. Waited probably 20 minutes for our food. Mind you there was absolutely no one else in the restaurant at the time. I was expecting hot food since it was taking so long. I thought it was made to order…well we got lukewarm chicken. Then I had to ask for my coleslaw. To which she asked “ oh you want that?” Well yes we paid for it. We would like what we paid for. Then she only brings one out, which again took forever so I don’t think that was even made yet. We were owed 2 coleslaws. So our total was over 50.00 and it was awful. Not to mention we are supposed to tip up front???? That’s not even fair. We got bad food and bad service. Oh yea and she brought us spoons for our chicken and not forks. Really doubt we will be back.

Food is amazing. I love the atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and owners are amazing, made sure everything tasted delicious. I placed my order and was notified before I walked out the building that my food was ready. Highly recommend.

Nearly $30 for a sandwich and fries…granted the fries were huge but when I said I wanted a small side they should have informed me how much I was getting…part of that is on me as I should have questioned the price. The sandwich was the worst chicken sandwich I have had. It was extremely dry and stringy. The fries tasted off as well. I threw away almost $30 of food because I couldn’t eat the sandwich and the fries weren’t tasting right. Disappointed to say the least.
Editing to add- the email they told me to email I did and I haven’t heard a peep back. It’s been over two weeks. I guess I wasted my money.
Very good chicken! Not a lot of breading so you have a nice thick piece of chicken!

Freaking amazing!!! Tenders and boneless wings tasted juicy and fresh with just the right amount of sauce!! Need to try the dipping sauces, hand made and very good. Will definitely come again, thank you Cyndi ☺️
