The boneless wings are the way to go 100% sometime the size fluctuates however they are always phenomenal. I've tried almost everything on the menu and the cheese fries are a stand out. The street corn is so so and the cornbread could be better. The mini chicken sandwich was nothing special. The bone in wings were good but not as good as the boneless.

This review is with genuine sincerity in hopes that it will be used by this establishment to improve their food because I don’t like seeing small businesses fail. With that said, the wings were way over cooked and dry. The taste was off as well - not sure if it’s the seasoning or actual meat. The fries were way too salty to the point where I couldn’t eat them. I was excited to try a new local wing place and was extremely disappointed. Also, the pricing on their website did not match the pricing that I was charged. The man I spoke with was friendly - so no complaints there.It’s doubtful I would try this place again unless I hear positive feedback in the future from multiple sources. If so, then I will try again and be sure to update my review.To the owner: you have a great opportunity given the location and a community that enjoys supporting local. Address the issues that others have provided as well or failure will come knocking. I hope to still see you around by the end of the year.

First time being here. The service was alright. Lady that helped us didn't seem thrilled to be there. Lots of good options on the menu. Wife and I got 6 wings each, pretzel bites, street corn and flavored fries. The sides were really good. No complaints on those. But the wings, which is the main reason you go to a wing place, were terrible. Dry on the outside and even more dry on the inside. 1/5 stars on those.

Great service Kayla B is as awesome! She was so helpful and friendly! We had never been there and she talked us through the menu and extras and what we could add on. She was great. We ended up with 30 wings in 3 flavors and can't wait to get home and eat them!

Ordered wings Saturday 2-24-24 tried almost all sauces nine different sauces the wings and sauces were very good. The service was excellent. Our last order was was overcooked but the manager made it right. They have good fries also. Good place to eat. They care about their customers.
App is a little wonky, but other than that,great food, great prices, great service.Garlic Parm wings are a new favorite of mine.Seasoned fries were good too.Heavily recommended.Definitely coming back.
I work there it's an excellent place to work.all of my co workers and myself give excellent service every day. Our food is cooked to order and we go the extra mile for our customers. So come out to Wingsnob in Richmond for fast friendly and excellent service.....awesome

We knew ordering the day of the super bowl could be dicey and we were right. You could only order online (because of the super bowl), which we did. Your supposed to get a text alert when your order is ready- we NEVER did!! I called 90 minutes after placing our order to check on it. The gal was polite and offered to redo our order, informed us it would be ready in 10 min. My hubby gets our order home, they are cold and the order is wrong. Not sure we will order again.One good thing we have to say is the flavors we ordered were good.Owner needs to be checking out the reviews to know what's going on because there have been numerous complaints. Not sure this place will survive.
