I ordered food from there at 5:30pm Friday They try to deliver it at 7:30 PM. I canceled this was Friday I tipped four dollars they put the four dollars back on my card but not the $29 I ordered a salad and sub pop . I’m still waiting on my $29.10 ! I guess they was cooking the salad and deep frying the pop smh it’s Wednesday where’s my money?

Well first off I went here against my better judgment then I spend $18.79 on a pizza sub and Asian wings The food turns out to be undercooked and I get sick from it so I cause to complain about it they apologize the first time and promise to replace the order So when I get there to replace the order the so-called manager and the cook that was there denied to replace the order also was arrogant about me calling the health department since I so-called got sick she say then proceeded to yell at me it was two on one. This is the worst hungry Howie's in the world

Ordered online an hour ahead of time.Showed up and food wasn’t ready. There was someone sitting on the floor working on the oven. Then I finally got my food and got home just to see my sub was burnt and disgusting.Not only was my sub burnt but it was an “Italian sub” with nothing but ham, salami and pepperoni.No lettuce, no onion…. Just burnt disappointment. I used to order this exact sub from this exact location on a regular basis. I haven’t ordered in a few years and now I see I’m not missing ANYTHING. Would NOT recommend or return here anytime soon.

My son ordered the wrong pizza and they lock $30 of my money down and when give it back to me as you can see the receipt don't buy anything from hungry Howie's in River rouge don't buy anything from hungry howies.
Horrible place I keep giving them chances hoping management will be better and they not! They have kids working the register who is messing up transactions with double charging! This is the second time them doing this to me! The last time I got mad and they excuse was the person who took my call and transactions was a kid! They called me from personal phone claiming to be owner of hungry Howies! Threatening me! Horrible service and management will not be going anymore! They refusing to give me my money back!!
