I stopped by the Riverview location today. When they asked about my day, I told them my wife was in labor today and requested Jersey Mikes when she was given permission to eat some lunch. The employee making my sandwich then told his manager and the manager generously comped our sandwiches and wished us luck. I appreciate a business that goes the extra mile to connect with customers.
I visit this location weekly and while the food is always great, they need to do a little better with cleanliness. I watched a girl make 3 or 4 subs with mayo and it coated her gloves. If you have dirty mayo gloves you shouldn't be making someone else's sandwich with them. Change gloves. Wipe down the knife. I shouldn't have to ask for my food to not be contaminated.
I had never been to a Jersey Mike’s before. I can’t believe they had a gluten free sub bun. And not only that, they wiped down everything and very carefully prepared my sub. It was delicious! I haven’t had one in many years. Really great food and customer service!
