I came into Jersey Mike’s at around 3:45. They were swamped. It was a little chaotic, but there was a manager on duty by the name of Carl, who took charge of the whole situation. It was very impressive how he orchestrated and quarterback the whole operation. Very respectful, tentative overall impressed with the overall Experience ! Hats off to curl you definitely made this a memorable experience!
I have 5 Subways and Jimmy John's closer to my home but I choose to go out of my way to come here. The food is great but it's really the staff that keeps me coming back. Whoever the hiring manager is you really are good at what you do.
My son wanted Jersey Mike's (again lol) so we stopped in for a couple of subs. Ordered online and they were ready before the estimated time. Son decided he wanted to eat there so we did, dining room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Employees were friendly, kind and helpful. Food was delicious. My sub could have used more lettuce but that request is usually not fulfilled so I'm used to it lol.
