We don't make it here very often, and I'm not really sure why. It's probably just because it's a little outside our usual loop. Every time we do stop in, though, we're reminded how good it is. The food is authentic, the menu has a huge variety, and the portions are generous enough that one meal can easily feed two people. More importantly, the quality is excellent, and that's what keeps us coming back.

Ordered the lamb shank dinner for carryout and asked if I could get it without the red sauce? No problem! they served the sauce and a cup of the broth on the side...A Large perfectly done lamb shank!
Added some spinach pie for a great meal!

standard coney island. Food was decent. Place was clean and nice. Waitstaff was friendly and engaging.. At least our waitress was. I seen a few who looked less happy to be there... Its a coney island. Not bad.
