The dining room is always clean, there's no sticky tables or crumbs everywhere, ever! Always kind, familiar, happy faces either in the drive-thru or at the cash register in the dining room. The employees get to know their regulars, and recognize us and say hi when they see us. It's really nice. The food is really great on top of it, and the price is aren't bad! The grease they use to fry their food is always fresh, they change it out regularly, which is quite uncommon...
This place has been a life saver and their food is delicious!! I just had an awful experience with the location on Lincoln Park where I ordered online when I was 30 minutes away. I arrived at the LP location expecting the food would be ready (it wasn't) and 15 minutes later waiting in their drive thru didn't help either. We ended up leaving and coming to this location. They serviced our food within 5 minutes of me getting there (about 10 minutes of travel time and ordering...
