My beef 'n cheddar sandwich was FLAT, it looked like someone SAT on it and my fries were cold. Really everything was cold, but the fries were especially cold, cold enough for me to mention them. Also, I live right down the street and left home to pick up the order as soon as I ordered it, so it's not like my order was just sitting there forever.

This location has gone down hillWe have lived in the Rochester area for 40+ yearsMy brother and I would go here before a movie or somethingLobby was closed 1 pm , got our order wrong in the drive thru and when I told them it was wrong the person looked at me like I was an idiot. Needless to say we are no longer going to that location again
