Had a wonderful experience at Arby’s today. Huge shout out to Melissa and the wonderful woman with pink hair (unfortunately didn’t get her name) they were so kind and had such fun, friendly, inviting energy that made me so happy after a long day! I had an e-coupon on my phone but couldn’t figure out how to get it onto my Apple wallet the ladies had no problem helping me get it figured out so I could use it! I wish I had cash on me so I could’ve tipped them they so deserve it!!! Arby’s they deserve recondition! 5 stars!!!

Went to this fast food location at work.Had to wait twenty minutes to get change meanwhile the manager is making sandwiches and telling the cashier you have to wait, people behind me and getting served and leaving. Trash manager running a trash establishment.

My beef 'n cheddar sandwich was FLAT, it looked like someone SAT on it and my fries were cold. Really everything was cold, but the fries were especially cold, cold enough for me to mention them. Also, I live right down the street and left home to pick up the order as soon as I ordered it, so it's not like my order was just sitting there forever.
