This is an interesting place. Seems they have the standard take out food and menu one would expect at an American Chinese restaurant but they also have another menu and serve some dishes family style. That is where this restaurant stands out. Go and try it.
It was one of the best Chinese food from the Northeast area I have had. It is a small cozy place owed by a lovely family. The owner/chef came to check on us multiple times and even offered free dumplings to my two kids. The staff was extra nice and friendly. I could tell that they put their heart in what they are doing. Dishes were all delicious and prices were affordable. It will be a must-have stop when we go to Troy again.
Such a hidden gem! If you’re looking for authentic Chinese cuisine that’s miles away from the usual "sweet-and-sour-everything" takeout, this is the place. Your taste buds will thank you, and your fortune cookie might even give you a high-five!
