This place is way overpriced. The food sucks and the place is ok. Every time I eat here I regret it. Not sure what’s wrong with their chicken but it is gross.I also saw this pic where they ask you for a five star rating on google tog eat a free smoothie… YIKES! No wonder their last ratings happen to be so good….

Handed out only half of my order to the delivery person. Yes, this was accepted by the restaurant on a call. And canceled my second order. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible people working here. Best to avoid.

We ordered a certain sandwich which we always order. The girl at the counter must have hit the wrong button. Instead of admitting it she kept looking at the register and telling everyone that we had ordered the wrong sandwich. Very unprofessional and very immature. Half day cafe is much better but unfortunately there’s usually a long line there.

I love everything here. I usually go in and buy 12 bottles of boost at once and a smoothie and some food. The reason for the 4 stars is that every time I go, they don't bag anything and when I ask they just hand me a bag. And this is after I just tipped 2 bucks. So that bums me out. NO MORE TIPS. Do they actually think I can carry all of that out without a bag?? ??♀️

For smoothies and jucies, I've been a fan of Beyond. Today I tried their smoothie bowl and it was a joke. There was less than a cup of actual smooth in it, the bowl wasn't even full but 3/4 was toppings. Very disappointing considering it was more the $12. If you are looking for an amazing smoothie bowl go to playa bowls in Rochester!
