Ordered on app for scheduled pick up. Showed up on time but raw juices not ready & I had to wait. I even added a tip, frustrating. Last time I came to this location the juicing machines were broken. Not a good track record here

I heard a guy saw an employee during their break slip on a floor tile and fall into the juicer, and when he asked the company about his status they said he is no longer with us. I'm giving a 2/5 because their language was unclear as to whether the employee passed (from being juiced) or the employee was let go from the company (for being juiced).

So I’m obsessed with their southwest wrap. I get it quite often. I want to say that this location makes it perfect every time. It’s so delicious and fresh. I’ve been to the other location on Walton and it was a terrible mess. I usually order on the app and it’s always ready or almost ready when I get there. The crew is always nice. I will say, I wish my favorite wrap ever was a little cheaper than $12 but I’d say it’s worth it lol please don’t stop making it. I will cry.

Beyond in Rochester Hills, MI, is an absolute delight on a hot summer afternoon! The new Island Surge quenches my thirst and boosts my energy levels for the second half of the day, and when I add a “Hot Shot,” I’m set for the night. Fresh, smooth, and succulent, this drink leaves me beyond words!

A bit loud, and somewhat slow to serve. They almost forgot my smoothie. I ordered a salad - paid for it - and a smoothie - free with coupon. I got the salad but had to remind them about the smoothie. Make what you will of that.
