They gave me real cheese when I paid two dollars extra for vegan cheese. The manager on duty would not give me a refund and insisted it's vegan even though he didn't know the brand of cheese and "threw out the box". He called me back over an hour later and said he found out it's Violife. This is not violife. I was very sick and broke out into hives on my body. I urged him to check the labeling more closely next time but he didn't take me seriously. It's a shame because the crust was so good, just don't want to get sick! Finally got confirmation from their GM that their supplier messed up their cheese even though they are invoiced for violife. No refund offered... credit offered but no confirmation they have the right cheese for me to use. I've been waiting on a call back for over a week.

5/13/2021 - I was in the area and have wanted to try this restaurant for a while. I went on their website and placed a curbside order. I arrived early and waited until the time it specified my order would be ready then called the number indicated. After ringing for a bit I got an automated message confirming their hours and the stay on the line for someone to be available. Rang a few more times and I hung up thinking they must be busy. I waited a few minutes and called again, no answer. I decided I'd just go in then, no big deal. The door was locked. Very disappointed that there was no indication of their closure (google and their automated message and website all indicated they were open) and that my online order was accepted despite the closure.

We were first time customers and everyone was so helpful. They took the time to tell us about the food and give us some great recommendations. Our food was delicious. They somehow figured out how to make the most perfect pizza crust because it was chewy but soft and cooked just right! We were even given another pizza to take home and try out on the house!

Pretty good food. Seems very trendy. You over pay just a bit for what you get, but I think maybe your paying for the experience? Which was empty.

Great atmosphere with an awesome staff. Pizza was a thin crust that had great flavors. Had an old fashioned to drink that was also good. Had the risotto balls for appetizer and lemon Gelato for dessert! Will definitely be back again!

Terrible service. Second time we were there and the second time I walked out. Both times sat at the table for a half hour without anyone coming up to even bring us even a water. The place is always nearly empty and now I know why. Waitresses walking around and no one notices that we are sitting there that long and not one comes up to even ask us what we want to drink. This is the second time this happened. We came back to give the benefit of the doubt. We will never go back in again. It's too bad because we live near by. We were told by friends that their service was bad but we thought we would give a second chance. Never again.

We went in there last night and immediately remembered why we didn't go there for so long. We sat on the table at 5:40, asked for happy hour menu which is till 6 pm but were told it's over. We didn't want to argue, so ordered drinks and food anyways. For a restaurant in that location, this place is way over priced. May be if you are in downtown you charge like that. The pizzas were just OK, very bland lacking flavors. The Grilled Veggie pizza only had zucchini on it, may as well call it grilled Zucchini pizza. Also Gluten-free options are now becoming very common and affordable, but here again it is overpriced. As restaurants open for dine in, they have to make some effort. Customer are also making the effort.

I ordered a $20 salmon on DoorDash and got a small and dry sliver of a filet with no sides. What a joke. Worst restaurant experience in my life.

I ordered from Bigalora for the first time tonight. I love Margherita pizza so I ordered that and was disappointed to see there was barely any cheese on it. I understand that it's not smothered in cheese on this type of pizza, but for $17, I think I expected a little more. I added my own cheese and it was good but should I have to??? Underwhelming.

Okay food but cool interior. Server was phenomenal, quick, and attentive! But with food not that great and a menu which doesn't make sense I might just go get some other pizza
