Blossom Cafe and Bakery

The coffee was delicious and the service was great!

The northern Detroit suburbs have a lack of great coffee shops, with everyone seemingly being ok with Starbucks. This new cafe is fantastic and exactly what the area needs! They have a La Marzocco espresso machine, the best in the business, and a very friendly owner. Make sure you come visit this cafe ASAP, you won’t regret it!!

The cappuccino and ice americano were good. They don't have drip coffee.
The Earl Grey cookie was good but not the best.
The decoration is modern. And the noise level were good for quite conversation. The server was courteous.

It was very clean and the drinks we ordered were good. I had a mango smoothie and it was very refreshing and tasty.
I would definitely come back.

I work in the plaza and I would visit Blossom often for a drink and a macaroon here and there. I was sad to hear they were selling, but I have to say I am so impressed with Rommy! The vibe is everything! They make amazing coffees and the treats and cakes are so well done! I really think she had a vision, ran with it and it paid off! I hope more people try it out and spread the word to support this small business.

With heartfelt gratitude, I want to say what a truly wonderful and cozy café this is. I placed a last-minute order for our gender reveal cake, and Rommy didn’t even blink—she listened so kindly to everything I had in mind and brought it all to life. The cake was absolutely perfect—gorgeous on the outside, delicious on the inside—and made with so much love. It looked stunning and tasted absolutely divine. Thank you, Rommy, for pouring so much love into your craft and for making our special day even more memorable with your creation. We’re so grateful!

Have been here many times and am never unhappy with what I get. Like how the bubble drinks are big, light, and refreshing.

there's not enough good things I can say about Blossom Cafe! everyone in my life knows how obsessed I am with this place lol. I first went around 4 years ago, and I've been going pretty much once a week ever since. I've tried so many other boba places, but Blossom is the best. they have the ideal boba sweetness and texture, and their teas are perfectly sweet (and not over-sweet). they have so many great flavors too that I don't always see at other places. egg pudding milk tea is my favorite flavor! they also have the best fresh macarons! it's my goal to try every macaron flavor lol. they always have new and interesting baked goods and themed macarons too. my favorite so far has been the ube paczki. I've brought several friends there over the years, and everyone has agreed on how incredible it is. every employee is extremely nice and welcoming. I always order online, so I hardly talk to them other than our mutual "thank you!" as I leave with my treats, but they manage to brighten my day with their genuine joyfulness. try it out, and you might make Blossom bubble tea your weekly ritual too :)

It was a 10 out of 10 experience. The coffee was the perfect temperature, and the taste was flavorful but not overwhelming. The macaroons were our of this world fresh and perfectly. Honestly, they are the best macaroons I've ever had.... my children even agreed. The peanut butter cookie was gf and you couldn't tell. This is a must have cafe?

Showed up here with a friend a few minutes before they opened. They were closed but the lady let us in 10 minutes early so we didn't have to wait outside. She finished getting ready in record time and I could tell that she usually has 5 minutes to her self before she opens. She sacrificed that for my friend and I and then a huge group walked in behind us compounding the opening problem. You are my hero thank you!

I asked her to make me her favorite ice coffee drink and she whipped up a pichatico iced latte that was so good, I plan on getting one every day I am in Detriot!

5 stars and if you see this today and go there as a result tip 50% for me.

Very cute store. I shop at meijer or pass the store many times in a week. If I wasn't on a diet I'm sure I'd be trying everything there. They even cater macaroons and do custom orders which I find pretty rare for a bakery. I just personally didn't like what I got this time but I did like my friends and I'm sure I'd enjoy something else next time I stop in.

Parking: Very large shopping center that's usually not too busy, parking was pretty easy to find
