After waiting in line for 15 minutes I get informed of how they are out of chicken for another 30 minutes

Always great wholesome food at very reasonable prices. When I used to work in the area we'd occasionally go there for lunch. Now it is pretty much once a year on Thanksgiving which they are open on. Great food and nothing bad ever.

Best Broasted Chicken and the little corn bread is so good!

The staff here is great! The manager sure knows how to take care of customers. The food is hot and not stale. This location has plenty of customers that keep the food always moving. Sometimes you have to wait for chicken, but usually it is not long.

Service was very slow and short staffed. Food was good but brownies for dessert were both tasteless and not sweet - more like a diet sugar free brownie would be.

the only reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because I can't give 0. I showed up at peak dinner time. i stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 10 minutes. when I finally was waited on the side all were almost gone. I was told a wait on a side and a potpie. I also overheard two employees talking about having nothing but dark meat for the rest of the night. I just think at 6:30 at night that they would not run out of that much product. EDIT: waited the 15 minutes for the potpie was told after the 15 minutes that it would be another 15 minutes because they did not put the potpie in the oven yet! (they did refund my money for the potpie) WOW I understand getting busy but I will not be coming back to this one again.

We have repeatedly had trouble with the side orders at this location. Yesterday, the potatoes were undercooked. Previously, the Brussel sprouts were raw. Yesterday, the spinach was so thick it was like concrete. Whoever is cooking the side dishes needs to refer to the Boston Market food prep manual as this is nowhere near the quality I have experienced at other Boston Markets.

Honestly a good place to stop in for a meal of chicken. Hearty sides and pretty good portions leave you satisfied. Very polite service most of the time.

Not too bad. The sides could have been fresher. They tasted like they were sitting in that case all day.
