Bravo! Italian Kitchen

The worst food I've had in a long time. Great service but the food wasn't even edible. I left most of my food. Took some togo but tossed so they waiter wouldn't feel bad. Thanksgiving feast was processed thin sliced dry deli turkey with awful gravy. I couldn't eat it. The dressing was ok and the potatoes and green beans were good. It was s 50$ meal and I took one bite of the turkey. So disappointing and sort of ruined what I thought would be a treat for my family for thanksgiving. I will stay home and cook next year. Bummer. We were all very disappointed.

It's a great restaurant in the heart of the Village. A great place to be around the holidays!

Our waitress was not at all responsive. We had a party of 5; each arriving separately and she didn't get to the table very quickly for drink orders when people arrived. She also took forever to get to us to take our food orders. I think she might have not been having a very good day because she didn't smile very much. Her name was Sharon.

One of few places that is relatively quiet and tables are not jammed too close together! Food is nice Italian

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants to go to in a pinch so when we went last night, I was excited about the salmon. Our waiter was very slow. We weren't offered any water with our drinks and had to wait long periods of time before he came back to the table in between drink/meal, check. While we were waiting, I noticed the wait staff around me, and wished we were sitting in a different section. I'm not sure why there were fruit flies that we were swatting at and noticed that another table was also swatting at something in the air. We had to do this numerous times, and I was losing my appetite, My husband noticed his chicken was black in one spot and was told that it's possibly charring from when they put it on the grill. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and I was very disappointed.

Our waitress Sharon was amazing!! So attentive and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of perfectly. Food was great as always. In addition, we ordered a cocktail that they were short an ingredient for and the manager ran out to get the item. Always a favorite restaurant of ours but today they reminded us again why.
