The staff here are incredibly rude and impersonal. They tried putting a green egg on my sandwich and caught an attitude when I brought it to their attention. The lobby and vestibule are visibly dirty(every time I have visited). Witnessed an employee cash handle and then immediately put on gloves without washing their hands. I would avoid this location if possible because it is not anything like the others.

The service is awful. The lady working the cash register was inattentive and rude, apparently unaware that they work in customer service.

They clearly do not enjoy being there or talking to anyone but each other. Who needs customers right? Well, you lost one. Location is great.

Hit or miss location - too many errors over multiple visits. Just today we were charged for the specialty sandwiches we ordered and given someone else's sausage egg and cheese. They don't answer the phone when you call, so resolution is challenging to impossible.

9/22 Update - it has been a week since I sent a query via the contact-us page on the website and have received no response. We went back to the store and the manager recognized my husband and was kind enough to comp today’s order.

This place has gone downhill! Employees are very rude, which is disappointing because we have loved the Bruegger’s in our neighborhood for many years. The ordering process has changed and is inefficient. We will not be returning!

Have been here several times. The food is always great when they get the order right, which isn't often. After getting frustrated with my order always being wrong, i stopped coming here for probably 6-12 months or so. Last week i decided to give it another shot since it had been a bit. Walked in and there were MAGGOTS everywhere on the floor in the ordering/dining area. Could see they were coming from under the prep area where they prepare food and probably store ingredients under. Absolutely disgusting. That was it for me, won't be back again.

wow!!! Whoever the blonde lady is at the register, wearing a Einstein Bagel shirt (why???) is the rudest person i’ve ever met in customer service. I am a door dash driver, and am used to waiting, but no one even greeted me. She would not look in my direction, would talk to the employees when there was no one else in the store. who is this? why does she not say hi? why is someone at brueggers wearing einstein gear? and when my order to pick up was ready, all she said was “here” and rolled her eyes. I had no interaction with her other than that. she seemed to only talk to the men in the store, no other females came in while I was there. how immature, she was definitely in her 40s and i’m only 18, just trying to pay my bills too.. literally the rudest experience i’ve ever had. i’m glad that whoever ordered their doordash didn’t have to experience it.

Have been coming here for nearly 13 years and service has become particularly bad recently.
Stopped in May 11th, 2024 and ordered at the counter. The cashier said my payment didn’t go through and asked me to pay at the adjacent register and assured me my payment didn’t go through. A couple days later it becomes clear on my bank statement they did charge me twice, which is really not a big deal. However, upon trying to contact the particular shop they have not answered their phones for two days. I’ve tried calling at non-peak hours and still nothing.
Not too bent out of shape about the money, it was like $14, but considering service has been going downhill this was just the final reason to stop coming all together. Still love the bagels but this location has a lot of bozos working.
