Bruegger's Bagels

DO NOT order from this restaurant on Uber Eats or Door Dash. Items that come with the sandwich standard are up-charges on these apps. I don't know if this is shady of the company or UE/DD trying to rip us off.

Bruegger needs to resolve this ASAP. It's false advertising.

I’ve seen some of the negative reviews here, but I just can’t agree. I’ve been coming to this place for years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The sandwiches are always fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. It’s a spot I genuinely enjoy, and I highly recommend it!

Small bagel. Great staff. Not a fan of the “it’s just going to ask you a question” on the credit card machine. Tip for a bagel and a coffee I had to make myself? Not a fan.

The staff is SO rude here. Multiple occasions the same staff member is so incredibly rude to customers, it is so uncomfortable. She/They need to be fired immediately.

Says they open at 6am. They don’t open until 8am. Update your hours.

The Best Bagels around!!

Long story short, the employees here are super unprofessional and rude. I’m not a public name and shame person, but I submitted a comment via Bruegger’s website and no one has reached out to me. My husband and I stopped by a week/week and a half ago to get breakfast. Husband went in and got 2 bagels, 2 bags of chips. He verbally stated to cashier “and two bags of chips”. Of course no receipt provided. He sat inside waiting about 10 minutes for the food to be made, 2 bags of chips in hand. He brought the food out to the car where we were going to eat. A few minutes later an employee is standing outside our window making noises at us (not even a knock) and accused my husband of stealing 1 of the chip bags! When he refuted he paid she stood there arguing with him. We were dumbfounded. To get her out of our face I just handed her back my bag of chips. I have many questions, but my #1 is why didn’t they address this while he was sitting in the restaurant waiting for the food to be made instead of making an incredibly awkward situation of following us to our car? Why was this addressed as if he was a thief and not potentially a misunderstanding? Is Brueggers really that down bad over a single bag of chips?

Got laughed at by all three of the woman behind the counter for standing at the glass to order, as I have done and watched others do at least a half a dozen other times in the past, both at this location and Royal Oak location, instead of standing at the register. One of them watch me walk to the register while looking directly at me shaking her head at me with a disgusted look on her face. Absolutely appalling and offensive. Halfway through my order, I announced that they all laughed at me and that I’m not ordering and I walked out.

I regularly get the Monday Baker's dozen deal. The bagels always taste great and I always have quick service getting my order.

Food is always good!! But, the service surpasses! They are so kind and accommodating. They fixed my order

The staff here are incredibly rude and impersonal. They tried putting a green egg on my sandwich and caught an attitude when I brought it to their attention. The lobby and vestibule are visibly dirty(every time I have visited). Witnessed an employee cash handle and then immediately put on gloves without washing their hands. I would avoid this location if possible because it is not anything like the others.
