My experience here was fatal. I ordered takeout and it turns out that they served it to me to eat in the place. Fatal attention.

Had the most fun when Michigan and Michigan State play everyone was into the game they even gave us free nachos definitely will be back!

Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower wings cause I don't eat meat any more and they were pretty good

I got here at 6:00pm i had to wait to be seated 3 of the staff told me they were going to clean a booth table so that i can be seated no one seated me & my family. A staff name Lisette helped me & she was very nice with me & kept saying she apologized for the long wait we have after be told by 3 different staff that a table would be cleaned for us. Shout out to LISETTE.

I recently ordered takeout from Buffalo Wild Wings around 9pm, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their burgers - especially considering they're primarily a chicken joint! The BOGO deal on their burgers is a great value, and the mushroom Swiss burger I ordered was the highlight of my meal. However, the wings themselves were a bit of a letdown - they seemed older and lacked sauce, and the fries that came with the burger were stale. But what really impressed me was the customer service. When I called to report the issue, the manager I spoke with was quick to rectify the situation and ensured my order was corrected promptly. If you're planning to order from Buffalo Wild Wings, I'd recommend calling ahead to request fresh wings and avoiding any potential issues. Despite the hiccups, I'd still recommend them for their great customer service and tasty burgers!

I order online from here every Thursday and half of the time they screw up my order. I order my wings with the sauce on the side and they constantly have sauce on it. That’s not what I ordered and it says so right on my confirmation. Then whenever I tell them they huff and puff back to the kitchen then screw it up again. How hard is it to understand that I don’t want the sauce on the wings and just on the side? Like wtf. It’s not that difficult. Lastly, the wings they tend to give me are teenie pieces and all breading. So if you order 10 wings expect to only receive 5 based on how small they are. Total rip off. I wonder who even manages this place.

Hello , we were here Sunday night for dinner group of 13-14 people we were treated bad by waitress and manager. 3 member of our group were trying to get beer and they would not take the ID because it was internal as they are here on vacation. When asked why as we have been here before never had this problem we were told that was the new rule. When we asked to talk to the manger he comes up to the table and does not say hi or anything just says what’s the problem ( very rude ). He then walks off and starts talking about the table to the waitress as he is pointing at the table and laughing. I definitely think we were treated like this because the group was all Hispanic people.
