Pulled up to drive through no other cars at all (barely any in parking lot either) a less than enthusiastic or friendly employee said We'll be right with you... ok fine after waiting and waiting (don't exactly remember how long) with no one even coming back to take my order I of course left. The menu board wasn't working right either. And after reading another review about the taking pictures of credit cards through drive through I am glad they never came back to actually take my order. Sometimes you have no choice because of location and time when you choose to go back and hope for the best well this time I actually got service good I thought until they had the order requests wrong. 2 Brisquit Whoppers were NOT Off the broiler and cut in half as requested. I know to other people it sounds petty but getting sick of this like it's no big deal.

Ordered classic chicken. Female general manager took my order and money,( drive through.) Lawnmowers were there, extremely loud. The general manager handed me a bag, said something i couldnt hear and i pulled off. Checked the bag, whopper. Went inside, GM tells me twice in 30 seconds, its your fault, thats why we verify the order. I told her twice that i couldnt hear anything when she gave me the bag. Then she snatched the whopper after another employee said i could keep it since it had to be thrown away! Never got an apology. This is the GM! What a shame.

Best BK around. They definitely let you have it your way. Dining room and bathrooms always clean and they even have a cute decorative themed tree. The lady at the front counter deserves a raise… wish we knew your name, but you always provide excellent service, a smile, and great frozen Cokes :)

The absolute worst customer service, always missing 2-3 items from my order and when I go back to ask I am met with a very nasty attitude by the big guy at the window taking the orders. Very unprofessional and rude staff.

By far the best burger king ive ever been to. Christy the manager is the sweetest lady and never fails to make my day. I've been through this establishment many times, every time they give me fast, quality service. Every worker here deserves a raise ‼️

Watch for employees taking photos of credit cards when taking payment in DT!!!
Tried to report an issue/concern to a neighboring bk for snapping photos of customers credit cards and the lady manager at this store was unprofessional, rude and hung up on me!
I was able to reach her manager and they thanked me several times for reporting it. Bk corprate or the franchisees care IF you can get a manager to give the number.

Really good Burger King. Very clean. Staff is terrific. The bacon Burger is very good. Be careful when entering and exiting the restaurant it is on a very busy street.

This Burger King is one of the cleanest locations I’ve ever been to, and it’s also one of the newest, which is a great bonus. I’ve visited twice so far, ordering through the app both times, so I can’t speak much about the service at the register. However, the service I experienced when they prepared my food was excellent.
Both times, I received freshly made patties and fries that tasted amazing. It might have been because they weren’t very busy and had to make everything fresh, but that level of quality should attract more customers. Honestly, this place deserves to be as busy as McDonald’s.
The food was so good that I came back a second time, even though I’m from out of town. That says a lot about this location. I highly recommend it for anyone.
