Went to this location at 10am hoping to get breakfast (almost every bk serves breakfast until 10:30am). But they were serving lunch which was fine….. but given that breakfast just ended the burgers should have been fresh and hot… our burgers however, were hard and dry like they had been sitting in the PHU pan for hours….if you choose to go to this location ask for EVERYTHING cooked fresh MAYBE then it will mid at best.

Ordered on the app for pick up and told they were closed at 5:30pm when arrived to pick up. Employee slammed window and said “too bad”. About 12 cars were turned away from ordering.

Worst Whopper ever, and I really like them. It was barely warm, must have been reheated from the day before. It was 10:30, we were first told we could not have until 11, when we pointed out that Whoppers are anytime they said ok 10 minutes. If they would have explained that it would be leftovers we wouldn’t have ordered. I hope we don’t get ill.

If I could give zero stars I would. There was no reason for the lady on night shift running the drive thru to be that rude. I gave her my order three times and I still got the wrong order. I used to like coming to this location. No more.

I walked around drive thru and looked at the floors, prep area, and everything behind the counter. It is Super clean. Super friendly. Drive-thru clean. Pleasant. I put the straw on top of the burger so you could have a clear visual of the size of this burger and feel the sufferage I felt for paying $8.36.

Pulled up to drive through no other cars at all (barely any in parking lot either) a less than enthusiastic or friendly employee said We'll be right with you... ok fine after waiting and waiting (don't exactly remember how long) with no one even coming back to take my order I of course left. The menu board wasn't working right either. And after reading another review about the taking pictures of credit cards through drive through I am glad they never came back to actually take my order. Sometimes you have no choice because of location and time when you choose to go back and hope for the best well this time I actually got service good I thought until they had the order requests wrong. 2 Brisquit Whoppers were NOT Off the broiler and cut in half as requested. I know to other people it sounds petty but getting sick of this like it's no big deal.
